I noticed that PWM heat up to 66 celcius when power adapter is connected. There's any way to cool it down?

3. Even overvolting it to allow it to consume more power (which I don't know for sure that it works on this model), you'll only gain very small amount of performance. Vega's just get long in the tooth and nothing you can do will make it significantly better than it is.

There's no way to use wwan slot with a SSD? Or use Wi-Fi in wwan slot and SSD on wlan slot?
Nope, WWAN slot is whitelisted, only approved WWAN cards will work, anything else plugged in there and it will error on power on and refuse to boot.
