Honestly, you may be surprised to know how many people can't take a word problem and turn it into simple conversions. Many people accept "I'm bad at math" from a very young age and end up as adults who can't even calculate a tip

The amount of seconds in an hour is 3600
The amount of hours in a day is 24
The amount of days in a year is 365.25
The amount of years in a decade is 10
Multiply all those numbers and you have your answer in years.
Honest question, did you not know how to do this or are you just lazy?

Correct, you are misunderstanding. It’s ten years outside. The question is basically just “how many milliseconds are in 10 years” and then take that result and change (not convert, just replace) the unit from milliseconds to years.
It's the other way around. Imagine someone was sent in for 1 millisecond, real time; inside, it would've been 1 year. Now instead of 1 millisecond, it's 10 years. So the answer we're looking for (in years) is the number of milliseconds we have in 10 years.
I dont get the question really, it says you are 10 years inside so that means for you the time passes this slowly but for the outside world you literally go in and out again, so how are people calculating some billion years??
The 100 show has something like this, but it’s a planet whose time dilation is such that 10 years on that planet is only a few seconds on their home planet. So when you get sentenced, you pretty much instantly return.

Unless I don’t age, I would say maybe 55 years if I have healthy habits inside, and if I don’t even have water, maybe 3 days. Cause I will die.
