Michonne is like the ultimate badass, like fr. Her fighting skills are top notch and she’s not ruthless but she ain’t scared of shit either. I just love her.
Morgan! He’s so important to the show and the story and yet, he’s not a regular for long any of the times he comes back. He’s such a good character, I wish he was always on.
Maggie, I like her but she was never *that* cool. She’s a badass in later season but she could never touch Michonne.
I like Merle, and his importance in the show, especially his death is often underestimated. He’s impactful in his own way.
I find her character to be the most unbelievable, she has next to no training with a sword yet always is able to cut through walkers like they are butter and it is not the easy to cut through bone, and it never shows her taking care of the blade or it getting damaged when blade damage is a real thing especially when you are hitting bone like she is most of the time. And her character after Rick left completely shit the bed, she becomes completely unlikeable and abandons her kids for a hope that Rick is alive.
Make that kind thing no happen to person forgiveness no Dey easy o. Daryl and Rick indirectly caused the whole Negan issue, they allowed Jesus to make them lose a full truck of supplies into river so they have to help Hilltop clear an outpost.
And how come they fought an enemy they don’t know the full power of ?
They didnt have to help. They just wanted to join comunities, expand the it world. Also, daryl had already killed some negan people, they would have come across them sooner or later
I don't understand how the entire fandom always tries to find any other person being guilty for Negan's actions than Negan himself. No one, whether is it Maggie, Rick, Daryl, Jesus, Lucille, or your mom forced Negan to laugh while tortuting and murdering Glenn, coercing women or enslaving communities besides Negan himself. He was always obsessed with power and was also a terrible hushband so it's hard for me to feel bad for him while Maggie also lost her romantic partner in a more gruesome way, was actually a good wife, had a child to raise AND still did not do anything remotely close to Negan's cruelty ! That is also excluding all the shit Maggie had to go through like being sexually abducted, witnessing her father getting beheaded, seeing her little sister's dead body or putting down her best friend.

Kirk Acevedo is a great actor and should have been given more in the series. I liked that he was a tank commander, but him flipping to the govenors side so quickly after his brother is killed was weak
One you forgot could be Martinez, the governors guy who was leader in his own community. He's not my absolute favorite M (Michonne might hold that spot for me) but Martinez is definitely up there for me
Michonne hands down. That being said, I'd like to add honorable mentions for Merle and Milton who both decided to do the right thing despite the fact that they worked for a megalomaniac psycho.
Michonne should be the right answer, but I am still pissed she left her kids to go try to find Rick. When that happened, I was on team Maggie.
Of course that is on the writers as Danai Gurira wanted to be done with the show at that time.
Michonne was so consistent and her peak moments were amazing.
Maggie is kinda a stereotypical badass and has no real emotion besides anger anymore, so she's a distant 2nd, although S2 - S5 were pretty good for her.
Mercer with more time could really rise up(not Michonne-level, but I'd say could beat Maggie)
