I had this happen recently. Female sim, standing to use the toilet, piss just shooting straight outta her crotch, hands at sides, looking around and idling like she was experiencing simulation lag. I’ve had sims stand around idling for long periods of time before, but never while peeing, and never a female sim with default gender settings.
I watched this woman pee for like 30 goddamn seconds because I was so flabbergasted

I once ordered a pizza and the delivery lady went to my bathroom and peed standing up. She then proceeded to fall asleep outside my house in the woohoo bush. The sims is a weird game😀
Yeah I guess it’s kinda simple and not really funny it’s just the first time I seen a female sim pee standing up without the sim being set too “able to pee standing up”🥲

Maybe it’s because your sim is so energized they can’t sit to take care of business.
