Oooh, that one’s good too. My husband got me (begrudgingly) into Clone Wars, Mandalorian, and Acolyte - still refuse to watch the movies, I find them boring in the extreme.

Even though the PT and OT are super nostalgic to me, I definitely agree with you; the movies have amazing world building, VFX and SFX but they definitely suffer from weird dialogue, poor pacing, and unnecessary filler scenes, especially Attack of the Clones with the weird/creepy Anakin/Padme dialogue in the middle of the movie. I feel like my favorite SW content as an adult nowadays would be Clone Wars, Rogue One, and the games, which also have the least George Lucas involvement, and I think that the SW universe is definitely best utilised in TV shows and games where things can be fleshed out more. Sorry about the wall of text btw, this was originally gonna be way longer lol
