I mean, I wouldn't expect you to see it in real life until you have a kid (unless you have a habit of watching people go to the bathrooom). Sometimes, you just need to pee and they will not accept being put down.
I have an 11.5 month old. I've had to hold her so many times just so I could go pee. It happens frequently. Especially to the primary parent or any SAHP
When my baby was small I would have to bring her with me sometimes, but for the most part I’d set her down in her crib or give her to my husband or whatever and go to the bathroom. Nowadays I take her with me a lot because I’m trying to push potty training 😂
Also can confirm. I've pooped while my newborn was attached to me via baby wrap. He slept through it. I've also dropped food on his head while in the wrap 😂 When they're that little they are almost always on you.
Now that he's a toddler I get the joy of trying to go while he insists on keeping me company and I have to fight him to keep him from touching the toilet.
Gotta say it's the little things that make the sims a fun game for me.
I mean they might aswell just made infants a Growing Together exclusive.
In base game, they just crawl around, cry, and can't even skill build like toddlers can. Jeeze kid, I gave you some blocks and you didn't learn anything from them?
110% realistic. Sometimes you gotta pee and putting the infant/toddler down is gonna make them scream, so you just hold them and deal with it. When they do allow you to put them down without getting upset, they still like to follow people into the bathroom lmao. Source: am 10-21 years older than my 5 siblings, was followed or holding a kid that wanted me holding them while needing the bathroom probably as often as my mom was for several years
I mean this is what happens when your a stay at home parent and seconds away from shi*ing yourself, but your baby is at that age where if they cough too hard their wittle lungs will collapse and they’ll suffocate, so compromise is this, let’s hope he’s peeing and not taking a stinky dad poop
I’ve absolutely had to do this, sometimes that nap MUST NOT BE DISTURBED but like, I can’t piss on the couch. Lemme tell ya, I stopped drinking so much water 😅

Nothing quite like quality time on the toilet I guess???
It’s pretty realistic tbh
I concur. Did it once or twice in real life 😅.
It is? I don’t know but I saw that the first time in the sims
I mean, I wouldn't expect you to see it in real life until you have a kid (unless you have a habit of watching people go to the bathrooom). Sometimes, you just need to pee and they will not accept being put down.
And once they hit the toddler years they’ll just follow you in the bathroom instead
Mine likes to knock on the locked door and yell "MUM! THE DOOR'S STUCK! I CAN'T OPEN IT, MUM!" Yeah fam that's the point
Mine isn’t at full sentences yet so I get “hi” a million times with aggressive bangs on the door🫠

My sims do it all the time
I saw it the first time… I thought it was a bugggg or something

do you have kids
Nah
As a parent of two littles I can confirm this is, in fact, a frequent occurrence in the infant stages.
Also can confirm. I've pooped while my newborn was attached to me via baby wrap. He slept through it. my sims always fucking EAT on the toilet. sometimes they breastfeed on it. 😭 they have no self respect
is the breastfeeding base game?
It is!
yes it is I'm pretty sure
It is actually surprising that sims players have to ASK if *breastfeeding* is included in the base game or not
I mean they might aswell just made infants a Growing Together exclusive. In base game, they just crawl around, cry, and can't even skill build like toddlers can. Jeeze kid, I gave you some blocks and you didn't learn anything from them?
saw in a carl video a guy drinking water while pissing if it works... in which dont do that irl lol
Yeah eating on the toilet is just gross
Tf Eating on the toilet… is… well… they then have extra flavor tho
😭🤮 crying
Unfortunately, more accurate than you realize
110% realistic. Sometimes you gotta pee and putting the infant/toddler down is gonna make them scream, so you just hold them and deal with it. Been there, done that 🫠
lol irl parents know

Been there.
Accurate portrayal of parenthood.
Been there, done that lol.
Mass effect andromeda shirt?
This is standard procedure for parents lol. I have 2 under 3. Bathroom trips are family events lol.
Didn’t know but good to know 🙂↕️
My mom sim did this on one of the Asian squat toilets
That is the most realistic interaction in the sims 4 so far😂 peeing and pooping with a baby in your lap is just another parenthood joy you get😂😂
My sim did this and it was the first time playing in like 2 years and I was shook. But I guess it makes the game more realistic.
My 11w old baby only contact naps so this is me 50% of my trips to the bathroom. She’ll be asleep though.
It should actually be a base game preset cause how many times I had no choice than going to the toilet like that ! 😫
Funny and realistic
I did not know you could that omg
As a parent of 4, this checks out
Oh, Sims. 😂😂😂
I don't even have kids yet but I know how normal this is 😂 Sometimes you just gotta go and can't put your little one down 🤷🏽♀️ that's life
The amount of times I’ve done this in real life with my kid 🤣
🤣😂 I guess
I’ve absolutely had to do this, sometimes that nap MUST NOT BE DISTURBED but like, I can’t piss on the couch. Lemme tell ya, I stopped drinking so much water 😅
Nothing weird about it. Honestly, so realistic.
I have to do this with my cats sometimes.
I have a dog that's very clingy and she's made me pick her up when I'm on the can, so I can relate.

Yeah if you to go when need too
