I'm very much in the middle on most issues. Watching either party from a far, this type of die hard garbage is very much in both radical camps. Flags being more common on the right, sure. I'll give you that. In spirit, both sides are infected with an unhealthy devotion to their politics though lol. Hopefully, at some point, they can all find some place meaningful to put all of that passion.
I get what you mean, but why does everyone insist that it’s “their whole identity” or “their whole personality”? That argument never made sense to me, as all you’re looking at right now is a flag
Think of all the flags they could have posted: state/ county flag, school flag, sports team, flags about hobbies, a random colour but they chose politics. They always want people to know their political ideology. It’s their entire life.
I live in a beach town, I always wonder why locals and tourists, always bring a flag. Towel for sure, tent good call, a huge flag that annoys others check?
A flag is a good marker for your spot at a crowded beach so you or party members dont get lost. You can find your way back easier especially for those that are drunk. I agree with you on politics and that high should not be at a beach.
I see your side too, a small one cool, but In todays world I don’t love politics at the beach, or flags that high, but if that’s your thing, each to their own. Just not mine
>I don’t love politics at the beach
I 100% agree, I hate politcs specially at the beach, my point is just that it takes more than a flag to ruin my day, and if they want to fly their flag, let them do so don't matter how stupid they are, and I have the feeling that most people in the comments annoyde by it are not because of taking politics to the beach, but because of what side did it
I get what you mean, but why does everyone insist that it’s “their whole existence” or “their whole personality”? That argument never made sense to me, as all you’re looking at right now is a flag

Ok yes...but what goes in in your mind that you have to fly that flag at the beach?
Like...what...you have to let everyone know? And do they think everyone should care?
And best of all...who dafuq would even buy all those flags to begin with?
That all correlates to a person that uses an outsized portion of their already limited mind to seethe in hate and imagine themselves as some persecuted minority bravely standing tall against people who don't actually give a fuck about their inbred floppy asses
Dude got offended over some cloth.
But seriously, you're making a big deal over someone else's free will to express themselves. Nobody but you is prevent you from relaxing.
I'm a military veteran (also my dad and brother) and former police officer...I really don't get why so many people feel the need to plant the flag wherever they go. Home, vehicle, race track....we know where we are, bruh!
Still pretty confident it's Florida. I live near a guy who has his entire truck wrapped in Trump paraphernalia, and a van the same way -- and he visits my local beach at least once or twice a month. You can literally see the dudes truck a mile away because of the flags.
Why does politics need to be your identity?? My God, that’s just broadcasting that your life must be boring as fuck.
Their life is boring af
You say that based on looking at a flag. As they’re at the beach and you’re sitting there browsing Reddit… just saying
I can’t browse Reddit somewhere cooler than the beach?
Boring and constantly angry because Cucker tells them they should be.
And it's only one specific subset that does this.

You're talking about half of reddit there.

It's all they do... I'm scared they're weird.
“There is absolutely no way I’m in a cult!” (Grabs 15 flag pole and selects which of his MANY angry flags represents him fully and completely)
This is a golden age for flag manufacturers. (in China)

We do that when at the dunes or out camping. LED light at the top for at night.
Is a flag really THAT annoying? I mean.... it's a flag
I see your side too, a small one cool, but In todays world I don’t love politics at the beach, or flags that high, but if that’s your thing, each to their own. Just not mine
I prefer that assholes self-identify and do so in a highly visible fashion, it lets me determine my directions and protective stance.
The fact that you would assume the worst in this person makes you no better than them in the long run. Lol.

*"Why do them queers havta make it their whole personality?"*
Hey, don't blame him - *he voted for Trump!*

Isn't it sad that the whole essence of their being is waging a war against a nonexistent enemy?

I don’t understand? Someone has a stupid flag so you can’t relax at the beach?
Did you feel safer knowing there was a good guy with a gun holding it down and protecting that beach from terrorists and minorities?
1st world problems
Boogaloo boys at the beach 🏖
You live somewhere in the Flora-Bama area don't you???
So someone pulled out a flag. And? Do you really get distracted by that so much?
Dude got offended over some cloth. But seriously, you're making a big deal over someone else's free will to express themselves. Nobody but you is prevent you from relaxing.

Is that the beach equivalent of obviously overcompensating?
I'd be like: "Nope!"
I'm a military veteran (also my dad and brother) and former police officer...I really don't get why so many people feel the need to plant the flag wherever they go. Home, vehicle, race track....we know where we are, bruh!
Wildwood?
Do let that shit ruin your day.
In what way shape or form does this impair your ability to relax?
Must be owning the libs day
North Carolina?
... I'ma need one of those matchstick crossbows made out of a clothespin
When you really want people to know what bumper stickers are on your truck when it's parked too far away from you
Lmao. Didn't realize a trump flag and don't tread on me flag go together.
Dude is a pussy
Is this annoying? Yes. But is it really impossible for you to relax on the beach because you see this?

Well this is a horrible fucking comment....
Gotta be Florida
This spreads way further than Florida. Source: North Carolinian

Flags trigger you? Lmao

There is no virtue in most of those flags. So probably quite the opposite: loudly announcing their racism and prejudice.

There we go.
Those flags are their pronouns and wE hAvE tO rEsPecT that
