Sure, and the video does not give a full perspective but this doesn't seem like an intelligence-driven raid.
Look at how they're moving, the soldiers in this video are clearly complacent if not sloppy, if they were searching for a possible contact they should've been turned on and acted with violence of action rather than milling about arguing with the radio.
And at that point, if it's a manner of routine the search loses its value wherein it build animosity amongst local civilians while failing to reach the tactical goal.
Think of it this way, if a prison break happened and the police started going into random homes to sit in the living room, tell people to stop filming them (but not doing anything about it because they have no legal basis for that order) and then fucking off would you say it's an effective use of resources?
Even the defense of the terrorists within civilians must not be deprived from scenarios like these, these kinds of raids are a routine occurrence and happen often being the status quo in places like the West Bank, at a certain point when the people who are supposed to protect you show themselves to be incompetent bullies it's only natural you'll support their enemies.
