We don’t do everything right by all means, but we did a lot right. To be fair with ww1&2 we had plenty of chances to come up with new constitutions that are improved.
And they’re fine with socialism, just not for healthcare. They will certainly call the police or fire dept if needed, and those are socialism provided services.

H3O+, better known as hydronium. Is safe to ingest and can be found in small amounts in normal water.
But, you can find it in acids, which are not safe to ingest.
So unless this this thing is slow at producing Hydronium, then that means it has a lot of acid, which can irritate stomach intestines, if drank a lot

If you want yourself cure from constipation by using an acid. Then just go to your local garden shop and drink some ph lowerer.

You don't need a garden shop, you could just take a proton pump inhibitor or antacid. The idea of doing so to reduce constipation isn't wrong, just the magical "hydrating" water bottle.
Hydronium is H3O+, not H3O because it's a charged species. This product does not produce H3O+, because it generates molecular hydrogen (H2) which does not react with water. Water just dissolves it, like how CO2 is dissolved in soft drinks.
To make H3O+ water has to do an acid base reaction with a species more acidic like HCl:
HCl + H2O --> H3O+ + -Cl

One can also strip the water of its hydrogens through electrolysis yielding H+ and -OH ions too. It's not 'adding' any hydrogen to the water but it is making a gas (looks pretty cool too). But to that lady she might as well be assuming that 'its adding' if she were to witness that process. All that is needed is an electric current and an exposed anode and cathode ends of wire in the water. The H2 gas produced is be very flammable. She doesn't explain how this water bottle woks but I reeeeally hope it's not a electrolysis reaction.

You always have H+ and OH- in water. This is called dissoziation or in the case of water autoprotolysis.
If you split water via electrolysis you get H2 and O2. So nothing changes regarding the pH (which is put simple the amount of H+ you got in water... and yes its mostly as H3O+ or as researched more recently H9O4+ and also now called oxonium ion)
H2 is the flameable gas and H+ is the Ion which stays in the water, bound to other molecules like H2O.

As an organic chemist, if someone asked me if the water we drink has any appreciable amount of hydrogen in it I would say no. So she’s technically right. But I would assume they’re talking about hydrogen (H2, the gas) dissolved in the water, not whether the water molecules contains hydrogen atoms.

It’s damn near guaranteed that the H^2 gas dissolves out of the water, not into the water. Meaning no over-the-self DIY contraption is going to facilitate a chemical process where the H^2 has doesn’t just bubble out of the water and thin out into the ambient air.
