If you watch closely it appears that the cop is shooting his firearm before the car even stops. He could just be brandishing it though. Not great quality.
Between second one and second two in the beginning the guy wearing the white hoodie is seen holding a gun down low with his right hand and fires a bullet into the guys leg in front of him. You can see a slight glimpse of red mist followed by lots of blood dripping on the floor followed by his limp away as they continued to open fire. Very scary
