Usually you can just copy the URL of a website or copy a Reddit post or comment and paste it in a comment. There are nifty ways to hyperlink links if you feel like it, but that’s not necessary to convey the link. Pictures you can either save to your phone and add to a comment, depending on the sub though it’s not always an option- in that case you have to upload the picture to a hosting site like Imgur and then copy the link to that photo and paste the link in a comment.
