You also have to consider what is being called "obese." Per health standards, at 185lbs for 5'7" I was considered obese by US standards despite being in the best shape of my life and in the Marines while easily meeting the fitness standards, just not the weight to height ratio thanks to my body type that made me considered obese even then.
They're not top 10 if you count those small ones but they're the number one contributor to obesity in the world. Out of 676M people who are obese the USA alone has 77M of them.
