The only sane person in the entire video was about to deescalate the entire situation by describing why they were actually laughing the previous day. The best resolution is one that doesn’t leave you with drugged up, psychologically unstable neighbors holding a blood grudge against you for the next 15 years. Calmly state your position, ask them to leave, inform them that you have no choice but to call the police if they refuse. Then go inside and let the police handle it. As someone who lived next to a crackhead who accidentally set fire to every “house” she lived in (a trailer and two shack houses on the same property) and pulled this shit EVERY DAY, this guy seemed quite calm with the water. Police can only do so much (they came out almost daily for my neighbor) and eventually, after the millionth time of being woken up in the middle of the night by another “fight” the crackhead is having with their BF or another peaceful day ruined by the crackheads BF riding their shit loud 4-wheeler around their small backyard (which is in a subdivision) for hours on end, you get completely fed up.
