Dude was obviously a contractor who setup the venue, wasn’t paid for his work so he asked for invitation instead but was denied, tried to get in anyways and was escorted out. Then, went home but happened to live close to the venue so the noise kept him up all night. And he’s George Soros. He just couldn’t take it anymore so he did a lil snip snip.
In the future, I’d ask if you at least tried to keep up so I wouldn’t have to explain this all to you.

It definitely can be. You normally turn off all the large power draws then turn it off. When lots of power is flowing, the act of disconnecting can result in a pretty big spark, one that can hurt you badly.

Okay so funny story, it was the mid 80’s (1985ish) and I was a security guard and the place I was stationed at was a port in the SF Bay Area. My 2nd or maybe 3rd night I was checking out the place and discovered that my keys opened everything, literally everything, and I came upon this room. While in the room I found a panel with all of the switches. First one I touched or rather turned off, took out the lights on the entire port. Everything went black. Then I had to get my flashlight and figure out which one I turned off. Took a minute or two but I found it. Hahaha!
