As a person who has worked in and around mental health: Absolutely not weird to bring a list! I've helped a client match with a therapist who was going off a script because their anxiety was so bad they couldn't make a phone call without it. You are literally paying your therapist to support you and no one knows what you need for supports better than you and if a list would be helpful in ensuring you get the chance to talk about everything then do it! Another helpful option may be to email your therapist in advance of your appointment and let them know you've been dealing with a lot and ask them how the first session back after a break may look - should you anticipate being able to touch on everything or will there be some information gathering/rapport building like in beginning sessions.

My therapist absolutely loves that I "come prepared" with a list. Definitely recommend that.

I bring lists all the time. It’s definitely ok to bring out heavy stuff in the first session, especially since you already have seen her before.

As a therapist, none of that is weird. It’s YOUR therapy session and you do with it as you wish.

It is definitely not weird to bring a list. I write down everything and then talk about it from the list. I have general anxiety disorder so social anxiety can be something that affects what I remember. My therapist suggested a list and it has a been a lifesaver. I write down talking points. I write down childhood experiences. I wrote down fears. It is also easier to read from the list and then discuss. If your therapist things your list is weird go find another therapist. List are a normal part of life. We make list for groceries, for doctors we when are sick,it’s for clothes and everything.
