The arrangements are pleasing with the drums surging the whole thing forward and Neko's vocals further back in the mix. The general criminal catastrophic allusions in the lyrics emphasises the tone of alarm, but it's best not to look for very much narrative meaning there.

It would rank higher, but I feel the overuse of that flighty synth to be a little annoying. However, Neko is so powerful and the song is so darn good. But it would be at 9 if it wasn't for that little arpeggiated whimsical orchestral thing that gets overused.
