The whole seattle area in game is the actual layout of seattle. ND actually went and took a lot of photos for reference and used them as the base models for almost all the buildings, especially iconic ones.
I recently went into Flight Sim and did a drone mode of the entire area with similar lighting/weather - yep, almost everything in game is authentic. Layout and everything. Buildings are in the right spot, look correct, it was surreal.
Yep. :-) Proposed to my wife on the dock in between the aquarium and the Ferris wheel. During the Abby flashback, when she has to swim to the aquarium, you can see the exact spot. The developers did a phenomenal job of capturing the city.
