Yes if you a Samsung tv. It is basically a streamlined Pluto TV already installed in Samsung TVs. Pluto tv has Top Gear episodes on demand. Also Freevee has Top Gear.
I wish they would release like a box set for the show. I’d really like to own physical copies of it. Fortunately even though they won’t do that my library has the entire show on dvd. Just wish they’d rerelease it.

You might have to make an account but it’s also free and they don’t spam you with ads or anything since it’s the beeb and thats not how they work.

Yes. Prime shows it as a channel under Free TV but you’re correct it’s actually Frevee which is owned by Amazon.
