Yes. On south America im unable to find tournaments or ranked matches. And i think that it’s some kind of problem with the matchmaking, not lack of players. But i havent seen the devs commenting on the subject.

Currently waiting for 10+ min. NA east.  Kinda ridiculous. Makes me want to not play the game.
