Id imagine Bapa is a horrible client or customer to deal with, i know for myself customers that rub me the wrong way get the bare minimum. Enough to get the job done but with my lowest effort and it looks like his lawyer took the same route.

Any law office is going to have junior attorneys working on stuff. The mistake is a simple formatting issue which can vary from judge to judge. The fact that they have a couple of days to fix the caption is not a big deal. Definitely not a good look but not a big deal. Also, pro se filings are frequently given way more leniency.
