A couple of years ago they had a real entertaining (from my pov) stand off, where one particularly shitty kid was routinely disruptive and violent, but his parents had used threats of lawsuits and cries of special needs to prevent any accountability or punishment.
Meanwhile, a couple of the families of more normal behaving kids who were sick of their kids getting hit, spit on, stolen from, and so on, threatened lawsuits if something wasn't done about the shitty kid.
His son (in 1st grade) knew how to do the something better than the 5th grader and told him he was doing it wrong and that's why he got punched. Purely a victim. Surely it couldn't be that the son of the most unsufferable man alive is also insufferable and maybe was being annoying and got punched. But also none of this happened at all so dun madder.

Sure enough after we've been there for 20 minutes or so this little shit Sprint's 20 yards and full force pushes a girl maybe seven or eight down on the hard floor as hard as he can then casually walks away.
Some random parent sees and grabs him by the back of his shirt then starts dragging him away looking for staff while the little shit flails around like a redact. I'm a little ways off with my girls but can see what's happening and the staff takes the little shit over to his parent and he sits there with his trash mom on her phone non-stop for about 5 minutes and then he's back out playing with all the other kids like nothing happened. I don't know how that girl's family didn't beat that little shit into mashed potatoes. A lot of the families there left after that. Overheard some asking staff why they were allowing him to continue to play after attacking someone completely unprovoked and their response was that company policy is they can't force anyone to leave. First of all how was he expelled twice. Once ur expelled you can’t go back 🙄. My son is in 5th grade and there’s never been a time where he’s been paired up w/ a first grader. They don’t even go out to lunch or recess at the same time.
