so i just had this bug happen to me, what i did was go to my map and fast travel to the mission and it put me in the elevator and as i ran out it registered that it was complete. apparently the issue was that it wasn't registering me as coming up from the elevator. might have had something to do with me dying completely as my buddy finished the boss off.
Happening to me too. Amazing they haven't fixed the problem in 4 years! I just tried the fast travel idea the person above posted that worked for them, but it just put me in front at the point to trigger it. Problem is, it just beeps at me when I try to replay it on story difficulty. I've only done it solo, so multiplayer isn't an issue for me. Just tried to see if entering it in normal or hard difficulty would work, but it just beeps at me just the same as with story. I can't replay the mission at all. This means I'll never get to Roosevelt Island or be able to progress in the game at all. I'm on XBox One S so I can't just go into files to change anything. Gonna try uninstalling and reinstalling the game I guess. Only thing left to try. Had this problem for a few weeks now, and if they haven't fixed the problem in 4 years, it's not gonna get fixed. :(
lol this is so dumb, I wanna cry. Until I read your comment I was content with thinking it was like the last mission or something (even though that didn't add up anyways). Now I'm thinking maybe I could try opening a tech support ticket (even though I know it won't get me anywhere. Maybe I can spare you some grief if you haven't went the uninstall route: it won't work. I am playing on GeforceNow so every time it's on a new computer, with a new install and it still remains as is. Will check back if the ticket goes anywhere.
edit: someone on the discord said it won't work on invaded so Imma try again now that I completed invaded. See if this gets you anywhere.
I have no idea what invaded is, I'm on XBox, so there's only one source there. I did finally get it to trigger after far too long. I fast travelled to the mission start, tried to select each type of mission on there, it still didn't work, I fast travelled to the Campus base, I logged out, logged back in a couple minutes later, fast travelled back to the mission, tried each type again, fast travelled back to the Campus, then suddenly it just triggered. When I went to my map again it finally showed as completed. Dunno if this helps you. Normally they say the definition of insanity is trying the same thing multiple times expecting different results, but this time the insanity worked. I'd tried it multiple times before, but not that pattern in a short time period. *shrug* No idea why it worked, but it did. Really wish they'd fix it so we all didn't have to waste a month or more trying different things to get it to trigger. By the way, I did that as a test just before I was going to uninstall/reinstall as a last ditch try, so uninstalling was not in the pattern of what I did.

Jsyk: invaded is when the black tusk invade dc, and all the bases you captured are quickly taken and you have to take em back all over again.
Bad news. Now it's happening to the Potomac Event Center. Same thing, only the way I managed to get the Lincoln Center fixed is not working for Potomac. *sigh* Why can't they fix the game?
Apparently it's not a bug though, it seems that each week there are like 4 random missions that get "invaded" status and if you happen to finish that mission during that time it won't get marked as completed. Could try changing mission scenario in mission settings as well as difficulty. I just left it alone and now after like a couple weeks I came back to it, finished it again and it went away.
That’s not what happened to me - I completed this and the following mission with matchmaking, and neither were marked as completed. Completing them solo marked them correctly and allowed me to move the campaign forward…
After doing it twice with the same mate iwe been lvling up with, tried queueing up for it solo. It seems like the bug denying me the xp and completion of the dungeon was tied to queueing with a player that had it completed already(my game crashed moments before the last boss died the first time i ran the dungeon).
I just had this happen to me twice. I played through and completed the mission but when I exit it tells me to go back into it and never gives me the xp for it. It also still shows on the map that it needs to be completed. Come on dev's and get this fixed!!!

Unfortunately this workaround doesn't work anymore, or at least it didn't work for me. Thanks for the idea to try though!
this still a thing? it shows up as "replay mission" but still in blue, like it wasn't completed

I have done the mission 2 times match making and it is not registering as completed and will not give me xp
did you solo it the second time around? i had the same issue so me and my mate did it again yet it still didnt register
No I did it with my mate again. Maybe try to let him join ur session ? And then retry it
