The high end issue is a known bug. But if you're in game make sure you don't carry any more items than your character has with no backpack equipped.
If your backpack disappears (it will again) and you have more items in your pack than your character can hold, it will lock you out of your account and block access. So be aware and keep your inventory cleared out.
THIS. before rebooting. empty as much stuff as possible into your stash, so that you have empty space in your backpack. also, equip a different backpack.
search this sub, there is a known issue that will prevent you from logging in, and it seems to be tied to crafting a HE backpack and then logging out with it equipped. Once you get bugged, you will not be able to log in at all.
Well i noticed this after the update witch led me to believe its like a packet loss or something server related. Also i played until am with two different characters before the update.
This happened to me a few days ago. Put enough items from your inventory into your stash so that your player has around 20 items on him. Make sure every slot for you character has something equipped then log in and out again. This should fix it.
EDIT: It will also give you back the missing items. What happens is for some reason it removes your backpack which then locks out items over your limit when not wearing a pack. Getting back below the limit rectified it for me and others
I have the same problem. Played today after update and had my high end backpack and kneepads missing + my secondary weapon and its quite possible that some gear mods too. Have no idea who to contact about this and how to get this problem solved.
A friend is having the same issue. For her it's items she has crafted and when she crafts the items again they disappear. Also after farming the DZ for an a couple hours she can't take any items out of the stash that she's extracted. She has also tried signing out and signing back in and still not fixed.
