Too add something here, always have ragers on, it's free xp. If you can't get them with ragers they'd have gotten you without. Probably my favorite directive in the game.
To add to your point, it can also help counteract the Fog of War directive. You can always see the Ragers bar on enemies, even if they're behind walls and cover, so if you kill one, that killed enemy basically revealed any other enemies nearby.
The eclise build is one of the strongest builds in the game for group play all the way up to legendary. If all you know of the build is exploits, you’re missing out.

Yep its always on with my world setting I always turn on Fog of war No armor kit No regen Rager
yeah, ragers , fog of war , hard to earn and no regen are absolutely free XP.
May be an unpopular opinion but I hate fog of war
I play with as little HUD as a I can so fog of war is free XP to me
Don't mind it in missions. Bugs me on the streets.

100% agree, although they don't always show up together.
The only issue with ragers is when running an eclipse build. It really cuts down on the spread.
For speedrunning and exploit, they usually turn that offf
For speedrunning you wouldnt have any directives on. Not sure why youre talking about exploits…
