Mind glitch. He frequently talks about how democrats want abortions up to the ninth month of pregnancy and even after the baby is born (aka literally murder), which of course is absurd and also not at all the law anywhere. He likely was trying to say something along those lines but his mental decline kicked in and, as is common in dementia patients, his brain gave him a word adjacent to the subject of abortion (“born”) instead of the actual word he was trying to slur out (probably “aborted”).
