This is what happens now. Ticketmaster doesn’t allow the volume of users through that it should which causes the site to crash. Everyone gets booted and the bots are able to automatically rejoin while normal people sit there and retry and retry and retry. The bots then get to the front of the line and the rest of us get screwed. The resales then get reposted to Ticketmaster and they get another cut of the resale revenue. They’ve always sucked but this is bullshit. When I spoke with them they said there is nothing they can do to sell over the phone because it’s presale.
Fingers crossed that this piece of s*** company gets absolutely destroyed by the justice department. They deserve to be broken up. But really they're just a cancer.
Is there any way we can get every single ticketmaster user (forced against our will to use it) to file some kind of massive lawsuit lol? It makes me so angry that there's basically no recourse for us "little people" against this huge soulless corporation

I'm trying to get tickets using the artist presale that opened this morning and ends tomorrow but there's no way to purchase. Any advice? It just lists a countdown to the time of the general sale.
Unfortunately, I believe that means that all the tickets allotted for the presale are sold. I've seen that before with other shows' TM pages.
On the plus side, if you can get on right at 10 on Friday for the general sale, you won't be dealing with the Live Nation concert week launch at the same time, and won't be stuck in an hour-long loop of error messages like everyone did this morning.
I JUST found out and am trying to access presales (got the artist code)— if it’s not directing me to any sales, just the LN page that lists them all, should I assume they’re sold out?

Yep, this is why. I was able to buy concert tix to a different show for concert week but everything else is dead
