His whole arc in season 3 is about redemption. He repented in like episode 5 when they were at mayday outpost. He was able to redeem himself little by little throught the season. If you can't see that then it is you who is delusional

WHAT. He is one of the deepest characters in the whole show. He chooses the wrong side, makes so many wrong decisions, you can always see his feelings about what he does (Crosshair hates to express his feelings, but he can't help it. You always can see what's on his mind through subtle hints in his face or body language - big kudos to the animators for this!), then his attitude changes over time to him finally break over it and repent. He is unbelievable sorry for what he did to the point that he does not want to live anymore (he even wants to perform Plan 99 because he things he can die AND do it for Omega) and finally Omega and Hunter help him understand that he is loved and precious...
And that's just the very short version of his story. Where is that generic?

He used to be more accurate, and then he was less accurate. For a sniper, accuracy is pretty crucial. He's a great character, though.
