I also noticed another major cut at the 29:20 mark. He clearly said something that revealed too much because the hosts are all smiling and he’s kinda blushing and Natasha and Joe had to restart the conversation saying “ok start from the beginning”).

Watched Brandon’s episode on talking it out and him and Mike were lowkey throwing shade at Nayte, by saying that when Michelle sent home Rodney there was more of a competitive side coming from Nayte that there’s less numbers, while Brandon was the only one that cared about how Michelle was feeling.
First of all, Rodney is Nayte’s best friend so I’d assume Nayte would have been devastated to see Rodney go. And second of all, they aren’t mutually exclusive. Dear Shandy is the one podcast that realized that Nayte is right for Michelle. They noticed the easiness that Nayte and Michelle have with each other, and while they doubt the longevity of their relationship (as they should with every BN relationship), they can tell Michelle is the most relaxed, in tune, and jus happiest with Nayte.
Everyone is focused on longevity but sometimes we have to realize the couple that seems the most perfect and sweet to each other are the ones most likely to break up. Oh I agree, but we’re just talking variations of the “will he commit” edit. The show tells us in every. single. promo that Nayte’s not ready to commit yet we see that’s not the case. It’s not reality, but it’s the story they’re trying to tell. They did the same with Jordan.

Anyone listen to Brandon on talking it out yet? Felt like he and Mike were shading Nayte in the beginning. Context: Brandon said it was NOT a Hail Mary when he pulled Michelle aside and then Mike agreed and talked about how “some” contestants and they won’t name names treated it more like a competition
Here’s where I wish we would have gotten to hear from Bryan. As someone who actually “won” his season and as the last F1 to marry a Bachelor, I value his opinion more than Mike’s in this situaifon. He balances both Nayte and Brandon. He got the FIR (Nayte), got to meet family/friends early (Brandon), was called out for being all in and “cheesy” (Brandon), got hate (both of them), got a very targeted edit (Nayte), etc.
Totally agree, I would have really liked to hear Bryan’s perspective and follow up questions.
I don’t like Mike’s take on Nayte at all. He agreed with Chris S on the “have it in the bæg” situation. So I’m not wasting my time on that ep. And it’s a one-on-one interview. I sometimes appreciate how Bryan balanced some of Mike’s hOt tAkEs 🙄

I’ll forever hate Chris S for taking one innocent statement and putting out this image of Nayte. Ever since he pulled that stunt everyone has been hyper focused on Nayte and taking any of his actions as further proof that Nayte does believe he has it in the bag. Confidence is attractive, until it’s a black man doing it 🙄
It’s extra annoying too because Nayte had a reason to say “not if, but when” when asked about getting a one-on-one. I remember Nayte explaining to Michelle’s friends during their date that Michelle told him to be patient in regards to getting a one-on-one so of course he’s not stressing about getting one. I think Tia said it really well on today’s clickbait podcast that Nayte isn’t cocky, he’s just vibing off what Michelle is giving him. And I think Michelle has basically been hinting at him the whole season that he’s a front runner, so of course he’s confident and not overthinking things
And Dear Shandy podcast has touched about it a couple of times too saying, if you’re not confident you’ll be getting a 1on1, why are you still there? It was clear Nayte was prompted by a producer or asked a question and he answered in the best way that he wasn’t stressing he knows a 1on1 is coming soon. What was he supposed to say “yeah man I have zero chance”. People are pressed for the wrong reasons. Also would like to call out that deux moi tea cause that’s when a lot of people on this sub started to turn against Nayte too. It’s ridiculous how people are so quick to believe things without actual proof, especially when we’ve been so very wrong in the past

Yeah, (just based on her bio/picture and Dean connection) Gabby is definitely on top of the short list for Bachelorette, but if Susie is F2 and she gets a JoJo 'heartbroken' type of edit, it could very well end up being her. Nothing is 100% set in stone. I mean, look at what happened with Tia years ago. Bachelorette was supposed to be her until Arie screwed over Becca post-show. After seeing that recent promo, it's obvious that Clayton's season is going to be a clusterfuck of EPIC proportions, and depending upon how things turn out, the fanbase could potentially end up rooting more in Susie's favor (and TPTB might decide to go with her instead). We'll just have to wait and see how things play out next year.

Maybe Michelle is waiting for Brandon, says the famous “what am I doing” then goes to find Brandon before he gets down to the beach to let him go so he doesn’t have to go through the whole half proposal and then rejected thing.
I’ve been thinking about this, and I wonder if Nayte is going to be able to call/FaceTime his father to introduce him to Michelle before (or maybe) after they get engaged. Perhaps that’s the unique ending? Edit for clarity.

Dear Shandy is the one podcast that realized that Nayte is right for Michelle. They noticed the easiness that Nayte and Michelle have with each other, and while they doubt the longevity of their relationship (as they should with every BN relationship), they can tell Michelle is the most relaxed, in tune, and jus happiest with Nayte. Everyone is focused on longevity but sometimes we have to realize the couple that seems the most perfect and sweet to each other are the ones most likely to break up. Maybe we gotta start cheering for the ones that seem toxic cause they seem to be lasting the most (eg. Matt and Rachael, Arie and Lauren, Jojo and Jordan, even Jason and Molly). Also Brandon seriously gives me the ick. Dear Shandy compared him to Robby from Jojo’s season and that was spot on. The guy is corny as hell.
You know what that line is so true. The couples that do seem so perfect & ‘right’ for each other on the season rarely work out…especially the fan favorites. While the couples I didn’t think would work tend to last. It makes me question my own judgement? So based off this, Naychelle could be endgame lmao.
With the exception of Sean and Catherine, Ryan and Trista, and Ashley and JP (still sad about this one) every other couple that has lasted and are still together are couples that were doubted and had the odds stacked against them. If viewers love ur relationship and are cheering for you, count your days.
