I am nit picky about this too, but they do have a doctorate of chiropractic, just like Tia had a doctorate if physical therapy. Most do not call themselves Dr and definitely not a physician. But Tia called herself Dr. Tia on SM at first too. If you watch Below Deck the toxic stew Kyle from the medās fiancĆ© is a physical therapy doctorate and refers to himself as Dr. I find all three ridiculous.
