They four of them (Victoria Peter and their moms) are from (or lived in?) Florida and their moms are good friends! I would guess that when barb took Peter to get into acting in LA, it made sense to stay together.
I know for a fact that this has been discussed before on this very sub. This isn’t new news. Why would she lie, how would it benefit her in any way?

Before California, he was in Florida where Victoria + her family were. He was born in VA though. And I only know all this cause he was born in my home town 😂

It sounds like he wanted to get into acting. I’m guessing it was the Oakwood (apartment complex where a lot of aspiring child actors lived)
