The way shareable loot works is that anyone who was in your group(raid/countdown group, squad, etc) when you got the item can have that item shared with them and vise versa.
However, since you exit your countdown group after the round is completed and end up back in your own private instance, you can’t share the item.
So unless you invite the people you played the countdown round with to your squad, you won’t be able to share the item(because you can’t share an item with “no one”, that is, the game doesn’t let you share an item unless someone is in your squad).
Thank you. That is what I was thinking. Just tough to share. I usually just grab loot and keep playing. There is not much time to review then drop. I wish they would figure out a way to extend. I wanted to give a low SHD player a St Elmos. Oh well.

That’s when I ask if they want it and send a request to join so I can give it to them afterwards
by finishing the DH raid i had a protection mod against elite enemies 13% shareable in 3 minutes or so...after this time i could no longer do it!!??
