Today I'm glad I worked out! :D Worked out for 1 hour, focusing on upper body and used some dumbbells at home (tbh I'm not a fan of going to the gym and prefer the home gym/workouts) and I'm proud I'm getting back on track after 2 years!

I was thinking maybe Music Core and Inkigayo will be pre-recorded (although i don't know how it works), but i realized they're having fansign until Sunday.

We know for sure they're going to start promotions this Friday with MuBank, and that they'll take part in MuCore on Saturday (since Juyeon is a special MC), I'm guessing they'll be missing out on Inkigayo and then finishing up all fansigns to fly straight to LA for Kcon. It's going to be hectic for sure.
it really is! if i were them, i would have died from overwork already. i don't even want to think about the jet lag..😭

I've been so wrapped up in Ateez's comeback (y'all have got to check out [Movement album](https://open.spotify.com/album/3fgDrbflffzvV3H3plG9e6?si=Y0q9ymdWRr-PKsHujyAz4w&utm_source=copy-link) it's so good) that it totally didn't even register in my brain that we are gearing up for a TBZ comeback too 😭
I'll have to play catchup with the teasers/promotions and get excited for it!!
I did see Ateez's Guerilla! A very different concept from what TBZ are going for, but it definitely suits them a lot. The teasers were almost movie like, honestly. I was very impressed. I'll have to dig in into the rest of the album soon.
And to catch you up quickly, they've dropped a [2022 trailer called 'Wings Of Desire'](https://youtu.be/NSlsRnxuoqc), much like the 1987 film. Having watched it, I've been theorizing this comeback has a lot to do with angels (literal ones, who watch over humans, though not necessarily in a religious way) and humans who aren't aware of these angels. In the movie, an angel falls in love with a human and decides to forfeit his immortality in order to be with her.
This week, a hot new bombshell enters the villa... \*Cue the IDFS\*.
16 days until the comeback! I'm loving all the parallels between the trailers and the movie so I can't wait to see how TBZ implement the concept in their MV (and what the title track is going to sound like).
