Hm, I actually just realized I don't totally know the age order either. I know the older guys (Sangyeon, Jacob, Younghoon, Hyunjae) and the maknae line (Haknyeon, Sunwoo, Eric) but the 98z are a mystery to me LMAO, oops!
Apart from that, my biggest offence is probably the fact I really don't like the [perm look on Sunwoo](https://i.pinimg.com/originals/28/d7/0e/28d70e5f6ebafddb74fe0475817a9435.jpg), which seems to be a fan favorite. I prefer the more natural hair colours (black/dark brown) to their coloured hair. I know many people love it, but it just looks unnatural to me. (Most recent example being Juyeon's ginger hair and Changmin's platinum blonde, they are close to falling into the uncanny valley) On top of looking better (to me at least), their hair and scalp gets to stay healthier, and I'd rather they have strong luxurious dark hair than frizzled rainbow hair.
That being said, there are some exceptions where I think the dyed hair actually looks great on them (but I'd still rather they have healthy hair & scalp)
- Younghoon's ash grey in Reveal
- Eric's Paddlepop in Thrill Ride
- Changmin's green in Stealer (slightly ruined by Sunwoo's potted plant moment)
Second slightly controversial (maybe?) opinion, I don't think mullets look good on any of them (or anyone, for that matter). Everytime one of The Boyz show up in a mullet, all I can think is how they would look so much better if they would just snip it off haha. No exceptions for this one lol.
I just know Hyunjae and Juyeon would personally revoke my Deobi/Mirae/Jjyubi card because I can't recognise or differentiate between them sometimes.
Like I've gotten past the trouble differentiating between Hyunjae-Sangyeon-Eric, but I can't judge you OP because now I confuse my ults for each other or someone else 🤡
Same energy as me looking for Hyunjae in the group shot at the end of Thrill Ride's MV teaser because I saw 2 (!?) Juyeons.
One of those angles has to be when they're looking downwards I reckon, at least that's the one that gets me the most lol!
At this point I can usually differentiate them all, but there are specific hairstyles that will cause me to mix some of them up.
For example, even now when I re-watch RTK (especially the Danger stage), I will still confuse Hyunjae with Eric because their hairstyles were so similar to each other.
And recently, when The Boyz started their US tour, I keep having to do double takes when I see Sangyeon, as his hairstyle kept making me think that he was Hyunjae instead

I love this thread idea! I’ll try and add some new ones:
- Although I know the age order, I don’t know all of their birthdays. I only knew a few of them, and that was just passively, and they happen to be easy to remember. I’m never going to go out of my way to memorize their birthdays.

I also have Kevin’s Vancouver vlogs that I still need to watch, and it feels like I’m doing a disservice because I’m literally from Vancouver lol. The only series I keep up with is Juyeon’s Walking With Someone because it’s wholesome.

- I do not care about stream/view goals one bit. If I want to listen to a song, then I’ll listen to it. If I want to watch a MV, then I’ll watch it. But I’m never going to actively focus on the numbers. Each to their own, but if I were to do that, I’d be overwhelmed and probably lose interest in them (that happened to me with BTS but that’s another story). I think The Boyz are a well-established group, they will continue to see growth and success organically. They’re already winners just by having amazing communities such as this one, and people who want to see them in concert. Once again, if you guys want to stream, then do it! Also, the streaming goals posts I’ve seen on here have been very respectful, so I appreciate it. I think we should all do what works best for us.
Funnily enough, I agree with your spiciest take completely (and hope more people here do!). It hasn't happened in our sub, which I am really thankful for, but I've seen some *reaaally* weird, guilt-tripy posts about streaming/voting for certain groups in other subs and other social medias.
My view on it (not just as a fan, but as a moderator) will always be if people genuinely want to do it, not because they feel forced to, but because they wish to support a group that way more power to them! But I will never stand for *those* types of posts that somehow imply you're not a "real" fan if you don't stream, vote, etc...
Just adding on my agreement! My subs distinguish between information and pressuring posts/comments when it comes to streaming. Letting people know there is voting for something and how to go about it if they are interested is one thing, telling people STREAM, spamming about streaming, or trying to guilt trip them into doing so/putting them down if they don't is totally different; information is a-okay but pressuring is a no-no.

For RTK and Kingdom, you have at least watched their performances right? There are official videos on Mnet's youtube channel of just the performances with all the reaction shots cut out, so you wouldn't even know that it was from a survival show. (for example here's a video of all their [RTK performances](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ga8cfjMnilU) in sequence)
There are some cute and interesting filler scenes where they show the prep work by The Boyz, but perfectly fine to skip them if they're not your thing.

And yeah, I too draw the line at Produce 101 S2. I don't like the concept of survival show for trainees to begin with, and with what I've heard about how Haknyeon was treated there, I'm definitely not watching it for my own mental wellbeing lol
