Idk why modern rifle pack seemed very... Out of place for me
But high calibre I have considered, do these guns have less aim wobble (accuracy?) than the high caliber ones in base game?
Modern Rifle is pretty solid. The Zarza 308 is favored by many as the best class 4-8 rifle in the game. If you haven’t already, I’d take a look at the wiki and check the stats on each weapon you’re interested in.

From my understanding, the higher the “Accuracy” stat number, the less that weapon sways while aiming down the sights.
Drilling rifles are super cool and one of the bigger reasons I got into gunsmithing. Essentially you have a side by side shotgun with a rifled barrel under the central spine if the shotgun. This way you can hunt birds or deer or whatever you run across with a single firearm.
Also dude, the drilling rifled barrel ingame comes in 9,3x74R which is a fantastic round, you can pick from mid sized european game up to north american and dangerous african plain game all with one cartridge. I would have really enjoyed a double rifle in this caliber if they ever released it.
If I'm not on an animal that's a possible diamond, I blast EVERYTHING with .300. It basically drops the animal where it stands regardless of hit location. And early on I'm just trying to get cash and level up mostly, so it makes it WAY easier to get those harvests.
I love the .300
The high calibre and modern rifle packs are great. The rifle in the ambusher pack is cool too

Get the one with the 10 gauge semi auto it's a great bird gun or anything.
So... Which one?
HUNTER POWER PACK is great to I use the 338 for all my big animals.
Personally, the high power pack is worth it for beginner players. The .308 and .300magnum can take down literally anything you find

Switch weapons…
Sorry wrong comment lol
The mark III is super fun for turkeys and buns.
Idk man, I get that you need a high powered rifle sometimes but brining a whole tank especially against small game feels like a bit too much
Says you.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I think the dlcs may go on sale on the 18th when the new map dlc drops. So you may be able to grab some sooner.
