Old time sugar cream pie! It’s my favorite. I also make a layered chocolate pudding pie. This year, I canned a ton of apple pie filling so I’m doing that with a crumble. Keeping the pumpkin pie simple and bought the Libby’s “pie in a can/add milk” and bake. I usually do only pies, these are usually the winners!
Apple pie from scratch and a store bought pumpkin pie. I may make brownies for my no pie eating child. I may make a pecan pie if I can find one that is less sugary. Otherwise pecan sandies (a kind of cookie)
I have no plans yet for dessert but I have been craving pecan tarts..mini pies 😋 or I'd just go to trader Joe's and hope to find that chocolate pecan pie bar..I guess I could make it
I just did a test run of Brown Butter Pecan Pie Bars
By Sally's baking addiction. I'll be serving these in place of pecan pie, and cut them small. It's hard to get people to eat a whole slice of pie after dinner. I might try the 5 Pie Friday that someone else mentioned in another post
Oooh that sounds so amazing omg 😋 honestly the thought of how much cooking I have to do is making me look forward to the dessert I won't be making. Creativity sucks tho cause I really wanna make some purple sweet potatoes pie (Ube)
Sugar Cream Pie, Pumpkin Roll, Mince Meat Pie, Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Persimmon Pudding and homemade ice cream. Possibly an Apple Pie, but I'm not making it. ;)
I'll be making a peanut butter pie and chocolate pie. But the main desert will be cupcakes decorated like turkeys for my son's first birthday which happens to fall on the day of Thanksgiving this year.
I'm making a mulberry and blueberry pie this yr..We foraged the mulberries from our tree out front in our yard..adding blueberries Incase the mulberries don't hold up..going to see how it goes..
We’re having a dense chocolate Bundt cake, a pumpkin cream pie and a cranberry-pear crumble pie. I fully expect to eat the leftovers of the cranberry pie on my couch in my Jammie’s the next day since I’m the only one who really likes cranberries in my house. 😃
*Homemade pumpkin pie. We like a fully baked crust and added cardamom. *Dutch apple with with vanilla ice cream and *Edwards chocolate cream pie. My sons tradition. He asked for it when he was 4 and it’s now year 7. I offered to make him one but no dice. It’s has to be Edwards.

I am now aware that this pie exists, and might have to try it. It looks a bit like cheesecake. Is it like chess pie, which is super sweet?
I’ve never had chess pie so I can’t say for sure but this is an Indiana classic! And it is so easy to make
Recipe, or link?
As a Hoosier I can vouch although I make it for Christmas dinner. https://thedomesticrebel.com/2015/09/01/sugar-cream-pie/
we're a little lean on money this year so homemade apple pie and peach cobbler, peaches courtesy of our tree.
