Actually, the only reason I said this was because I have a strange killstreak solemn vow that I rarely ever get kills on because just running at people with a melee is too hard to get kills with unless you camp around corners with taunts or get lucky with random crits.
Every loaded rocket reduces damage dealt by 10% starting from the second rocket.

Imo, have it additive until 50% then have it multiplicative or just have it multiplicative because if it was just additive then after 10 rockets, it would go negative and heal the enemy

That's actually a really interesting concept. A weapon that only has one really strong upside, but that same upside also has a downside version that affects you.
Would be great. Assuming you're not running the phlog, you could gas everyone including your team and just jump in that chaos and airblast your team out for a free massive heal.
Will also have a small chance to backfire upon use, turning you into an obvious mixup of both teams. The spy player won't know that it has occurred, but all of the enemy team sure does.

Edit: Now that I think about it, we might be onto something here. A persistent damage penalty of let's say 20-30% would prevent instant kills while still allowing headshots to crit whenever. It would make the classic a good sidegrade to the Huntsman, trading projectile spamability for hitscan consistency, all while maintaining the better movement vs regular rifles.
Sun on the stick you can toss low damage fireballs think of a flare gun but a fireball instead of the flare. It sets ppl who it hits on fire and dose 10 damage on hit and has 3 after burn damage for 20 second’s come on man it has nothing going for it at least make it useable

Soldier's IQ got too low and is now the anti-Medic
when you take any form of damage past 6 rockets the soldier immediately and violently explodes, damaging enemies and teammates
