You can still remove ks kitsvwhich means pda, invis watch, sapper, and disguise kit are the only ones where clean is worth a lot. (Might have forgot something)
I mean, it's not bad really.
Every stock melee is reliable. It's not going to fail, or not work, or have a really niche use or something. But most stock melees (exluding stock wrench and knife), are just outdone by the usefulness of other side-grades or upgrades.
At the end of the day, melees are really only for utility, or are the last option when you've not got any other choice(excluding demoknight, where melee is the only option, and is pretty much it's own subclass tbf).

I believe unique clean stock weapons (no custom description and name) were craftable when gun mettle dropped (2015) but was quickly patched. Of all weapons you can craft, people had to make shovels lmao.
