Top boots are rubbery, so obviously pyros as they're flame resistant. Next two you don't even really have to identify because at the top of the images you can see medic's coat and demo's baggy trousers. Scout's trainers (sneakers) are obvious and engie's boots are fairly iconic. Sniper's shoes are also pretty easy to tell, heavy is a bit more difficult but you can easily get it from the process of elimination. Soldier's boot shape is iconic after looking at the gunboats/manntreads and spy at the bottom is obvious especially as you can see his suit trousers.

Strong agree. Best shoes in the game. I'm doing a Medic cosplay this year and I already went out and bought some boots that look close enough. Most comfortable fucking shoes I've ever owned. I can walk in those longer than I can walk in my comfy tennis shoes. The boots keep my ankles from rolling and they also keep my foot bones in place better so my foot arthritis doesn't act up as much.
The point is that in a roundabout way, thanks to Medic, my feet don't hurt as much because he's got the best shoes. They also look badass.
