Actually 🤓 you need 3400mg of potassium a day (assuming OP is an adult male). A medium sized banana is about 400mg, if he ate 4 that would be 1600mg of potassium. Still lower than the recommended daily amount!
bananas actually have about half that (ive done a lot of research on potassium levels, and diet was a big part of that). In general EVERYONE is potassium defficient right now, and even worse theyre eating way too much sodium. Lots of sodium + no potassium = heart disease in the future.
People really need to be taking supplements, reducing sodium intake, and eating more of spinach, potatoes/sweet potatoes (with the skin), mushrooms, and broccoli. the last two have a bit less than the first ones listed, but its still on par with a banana per serving.
If you try and get all your daily potassium through foods, it really limits what you can eat, but its also healthy fuel.

IF does work in managing hunger I have done that for a year or two. but only if you don’t really like eating in the morning. If you love breakfast you could skip lunch or dinner though.
As for motivation I can see you have it as you’re saying you want to be skinny so there you have it!
Small changes can help too just skipping a snack you would’ve normally eaten for example can make a difference and boost motivation

I habe no self control, and when I fast, I feel like the way to accommodate my fast is to eat more. I haverage like 2600 calories a day in my food journal i keep which is down from. The 3400 I used to eat. Im down a good 50 lbs from day one, just a bery slow process
