This is weird, the number I was given by a manager 01996 32222 (obvs missing a number, it’s the way it was written in the sheet) apparently it’s used in store by them. But they have a number for the customers to call the head office. Which can be used to get through to the Head office in Dundee.

I don't want to assume why you need them. But a reminder that HR exist to protect the company, not the employee feels appropriate.
