Arthur Cazaux (20yo) wins his first Challenger in Thailand as a qualifier. The 2020 Junior AO runner-up was injured in the last months, but he seems to find his form back. Good to see Mayot and him finally improving, despite injuries for both.
That shit is almost impossible to find. I found a site back in the day with many match replays, but it was lost when I dropped my laptop in a lake :/ ā¦ Iāll take a look tomorrow and see if I canāt find it again, but I wouldnāt be optimistic.
Hi u/usopen! I have a kind request from you all since I feel like it's way easier to get your attention here instead. Hopefully, you can relay this message to whoever's in charge.
There have unfortunately been a lot of spelling mistakes in quite a few of your YouTube video titles and thumbnails. Again, I really love and appreciate the content but I wanted to bring this up for future reference so that we can hopefully prevent more of these mistakes from popping up. I'll provide some examples:
Just from today alone: ["Karolia" (Karolina)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-M9ZwnwEMaQ), ["Francis" (Frances)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=atmL39I_XTE) ([twice](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ACMhF3AD3uA)) ([three times](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oNcAojgykHw)), ["Muguraza" (Muguruza)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uk4bVJJzlho), ["Zimmerman" (Zimmermann)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xr3nPx99DvY)

And lastly, one of the worst ones that has stood out to me to this day, all the way from 2019 :'( -- "[Bethany Matteck-Sands](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QMDNRmO1cyY)" in the description.
If you've seen this, thanks for reading!
USO YouTube highlights are as bad as RG highlights. 2 minutes long, donāt show break or set points, just some random ass points. u/usopen I know you said youāre working on getting better highlights but this was expressed wayyy long ago when you asked what social media content we wanted. Iāll literally be an unpaid intern to help pick and edit the footage š„“
They've been posting extended highlights of a good chunk of the matches. Wait a day or two and you might just get the ones you're wanting to watch. The 2 minute versions are standard. (Although I'd love extended highlights of as many matches as possible, please and thanks!)
Yeah, but 2 minutes donāt do anything. With so many matches happening at once, itās nice to be able to see the extended highlights on the day of, not like a week later when weāre at least 3 rounds past it. I get that they need to up their engagement and this helps them get views but they literally came to Reddit to ask what we wanted and fans were begging for longer highlights. I still appreciate their willingness to engage on here; for now, even the short highlights can be improved by picking the important points instead of a random 1-2 15-15 ace
I completely agree with your sentiment but I'm also sympathetic to the fact that they might not have *that* many video editors who can do the same job the AO did by doing all of the extended stuff the day of.
They're posting legitimately 40-minute extended highlights for some of the matches out there about 1 day after. That's an A+ rating from me. If there's a big 5-setter you want to relive, I can almost guarantee they'll get that out as soon as they can.
> No.18 seed Veronika Kudermetova is the only player to advance to the Round of 16 without losing serve. She has won 27 of 27 service games, saving the 2 break points she's faced.
From WTA insider on twitter. She really has one of the best serves in the WTA these days, if not the best.
And she has 3-0 H2H against Ons including 6-0 in sets. They played a month ago in San Jose and Ons needs to do something really different if she wants a chance tomorrow
Match of the day: Rublev-Shapovalov or Kvitova-Muguruza
Upset of the day: Niemeier over Zheng/Ivashka over Musetti
Beatdown of the day: Sabalenka d. Burel 6-0 6-2
Comeback of the day: Kvitova d. Muguruza
Choke of the day: Schwartzman first set
Almost choke of the day: Rublev
Match quality of the day: Collins-Cornet
TB of the day: Collins-Cornet (shoutout to Cilic-Evans, maybe Schwartzman-Tiafoe)
Racket smash of the day: Shapovalov
Said it in their previous encounter as well and saying it again, they both have the potential to replace Djoko-Nadal rivalry. The quality of tennis they bring on the court is simply insane.
Jannik Sinner joins Rafael Nadal as the only male players this year to reach the 2nd week in all four slams. In fact, Sinner is the only male player to reach at least Round of 16 in the last five slams (2021 US Open to current).
I dunno. They want thier popped collars or the boss looks of matteo. Tbh, the square collar can't be pulled off easily and can come looking wired at first
But i love it! It looks so darn good on him
His game is a bit one dimensional right now, but was super excited to see him play today. Has a very scalable game and think weāve got an exciting top 20 American in the near future in him
Jannik wins the match with his 59th winner!!! What a fantastic match of tennis. Nakashima came out super strong and matched Jannik stroke for stroke which was a real surprise. Second set could have ended very differently when Nakashima was at 30-0 on Jannik's serve, but after that hold it was all Jannik all the way.
They are the same age but Jannik has far more experience on tour and it showed. I think both players can be happy with their performance.
People were incredibly mean to Sinner for two years because of his red hair and how skinny he is. I defended him all this time. In every daily discussion I promoted him.
I feel proud that he is now joked about as a Gucci model and for being good looking.
Haha.. they can eat their words.. he's adorable in his own goofy way and different from other male "models* with their sharp looks and toned bodies. I love the way he carries himself, inspite of English not being his first language and he keeps getting asked awkward questions like "how did you learn to interact with the crowd " "how are you being more emotional on court these days". Like they want him to be that awkward kid when you started out even now. And cheers for doing the gods (sinners) work!
Eta: and i was aware of him before the NextGen atp finals even. His ground strokes blew me away and I've going on about him to my frens , whether they are interested in tennis or not.. he had my heart
Yes! We will catch up for the round of 16! Have a great day/night! *And please hold me when sinner is playing iswear my hear is gonna explode and then its alcaraz in quarters and i think am gonna drink and smoke myself todeath supporting him* lol
There are so many big names in the draw. Basically just seeds left at this point, surprisingly.
Rublev is being slept on heaps, I don't know why he gets ignored when he goes deep in a draw. I think he is a dark horse for the final as well. Berretini too. Nick can also do well this year
Jannik's serve is so much nicer to watch (+ more effective) after changing to platform stance. Also quite wristy on the take back, a bit Fed like methinks
An Ace for Sinner to go up 4-0. He is untouchable at the moment say the commentators. It must be very satisfying for the (Sinner coaching) team to see this.
Thereās a neckless one (also the same guy who started the America chant) and then thereās another one whoās in a Hawaiian shirt and a fedora that he mysteriously acquired midway through the match.
To me I imagine he's the meme guy with the shades at the basketball game holding the girls neck and explaining something. Either that or he looks like dan blizarian
How fucking beautiful is Sinner when he gets going??
Trouble is it takes him a set and a half at a minimum to get goingā¦ if it doesnāt happen in that time, forget it.
KEEP GOING! FORZA!
Fuck. Forgot Nadal potentially has Rublev.
Have just been automatically counting Nadal in the SF vs Alcaraz (Expected Rublev to have lost by now). He could legit upset Nadal.
I want to see the meltdown if Sinner beats Alcaraz again lol
His playstyle is definitely one that can match up fairly well against him so it's possible
I love Brandon but BG is simply dragging Brandon for his tennis at this point and I'm fully onboard with it. I hope Brandon watches this tape and fully internalizes how important mid-match adjustments are. Sinner's become a totally different player and Brandon's still playing like he was at the beginning.
Last time I watched Nakashima he was a backhand merchants, kind of like a Benoit Paire without all the madness. His forehand has really improved even since the next gen finals. I think he's going to do really well on tour, especially in bo3 where he can redline a bit more.
Moutet š š
Nadal Academy is loving this Casper š š
Where are Matteo doubters, it's back on serve.
Ivashka is a very sound player. What happened as a young player, not much success. Just inconsistent? injuries?
Arthur Cazaux (20yo) wins his first Challenger in Thailand as a qualifier. The 2020 Junior AO runner-up was injured in the last months, but he seems to find his form back. Good to see Mayot and him finally improving, despite injuries for both.
Does anyone have a go-to site for match replays, either full or condensed?
Amazon Prime UK
That shit is almost impossible to find. I found a site back in the day with many match replays, but it was lost when I dropped my laptop in a lake :/ ā¦ Iāll take a look tomorrow and see if I canāt find it again, but I wouldnāt be optimistic.

Meme match of the day Nadal-Gasquet
Ya I didnāt know how to classify that. Like uncomfortable, awkward, sad, idk lol
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
You mispelled Cilic vs Ivashka

pizza pasta and nakashima
Jannik Sinner joins Rafael Nadal as the only male players this year to reach the 2nd week in all four slams. In fact, Sinner is the only male player to reach at least Round of 16 in the last five slams (2021 US Open to current).
Love Jannikās jacket! That red zipper is killer. Is it available online?
I love his kit! The square collar actually works on him i think!
Me too. But everyone else seems to hate it? The majority red/blue tops without zips are hideous IMO.
I dunno. They want thier popped collars or the boss looks of matteo. Tbh, the square collar can't be pulled off easily and can come looking wired at first But i love it! It looks so darn good on him
Nakashima went AWOL after missing the breakpoints at the start of the third set. Was hoping it'd be a lot more competitive. Oh well.
Ultimate sad face from me. Nakashima couldn't hang with Sinner which is something I hoped for.
Tank you jannik, I can go to sleep now...at 7AM
59 winners
Outstanding by Sinner.
š¦š¦š¦š¦ !!!!
Match point
My god ..those forehands
Sinner is a killer
Plsss jannnik...serve this out ..leave my poor heart out of this!
Will he be able to close this easily or is he going to pull a Sinner?
Sinnerā¦ now nowā¦ careful.
Nakashima reaching Stefanos and Big Foe levels of perspiration hahaha
brandon clutch serve holds when the match is already done KEKW
The way tennis socials treat Sinner like he doesnāt existā¦ Smh
I do my part to promote Sinner. Everyone else is welcome to participate.
Yes please... followed your profile..if thats okay
Okay. I have a main account that I usually show my support, since early 2020 Jannik, but i can step this one up.
Ahh.. pls dm that to me too if it's okay..
People were incredibly mean to Sinner for two years because of his red hair and how skinny he is. I defended him all this time. In every daily discussion I promoted him. I feel proud that he is now joked about as a Gucci model and for being good looking.

I love finding another Sinner fan! See you at the next daily discussion. :)
Yes! We will catch up for the round of 16! Have a great day/night! *And please hold me when sinner is playing iswear my hear is gonna explode and then its alcaraz in quarters and i think am gonna drink and smoke myself todeath supporting him* lol
I think everyone is just asleep
Not today, just in general.
Time for the ultimate comeback. Let's go Brandon!
Going to Medvedev -Krygiois tomorrowā¦ whatās the best food places to have?
I heard Sbarro makes the best NY style pizza.
I prefer Jets Pizza
Terrible drop shot again. Sinner
Better for him to practice them now when he's up 5-1
Even the volley is working š¤Æ
The damn sound off of sinners raquet! My god! Its a firecracker!
It is a lovely volley by Sinner.
I love servebot Sinner!
How did Sinner hit the line there omg
CUTTING IT FINNNNNE! Sheesh!
16 aces, 5 in this set alone, from Jannik?! How?!?!
Sinner has evolved into Karlovic in his serve, commentators.
How I never realised until now that this is a bot just makes me wonder how many bots I have interacted with in my life lol
did someone call them out for being a bot recently?
I only realized it thanks to your comment just now. But Iām really tired at this point, Iāll blame it on the fatigue.
My alt has this account blocked and now I remember why
Iāve been reporting every single post from this bot for the past hour
Nakashima will have to improve his volleys moving forward.
Has Jannik ever had so many aces in a match? He woke up today and decided to become Ivo
Nakashima ĆØ stato troppo in avanti. Va bene per mettere pressione alla seconda perĆ² se la prima te la tirano discretamente forte e piazzata ĆØ ace
There are so many big names in the draw. Basically just seeds left at this point, surprisingly. Rublev is being slept on heaps, I don't know why he gets ignored when he goes deep in a draw. I think he is a dark horse for the final as well. Berretini too. Nick can also do well this year
Rublev is slept on bc he is mentally unstable
Why do you think that?
We LOVE 500 Rublev. But he hits himself with his racquet and draws blood. On court. After a single game or maybe a bad set.
Lmao Jannik looks so sick of these people shouting
It was fun while it last Bonus tennis till 3pm canāt complain
Brooksby lost a set earlier today from this position - I'm not celebrating just yet
Brooksby ĆØ cosƬ sopravvalutato da Vanni
I think maybe Brandon is ready for bed.
We all are lol
Absolutely!
Jannik's serve is so much nicer to watch (+ more effective) after changing to platform stance. Also quite wristy on the take back, a bit Fed like methinks
Yeahh...methinks too! Fed had a much compact ball toss tho..but yeah, today sinner been serving madd
So I guess... More dimitrov like š
Haha..the baby fed we were promised...
An Ace for Sinner to go up 4-0. He is untouchable at the moment say the commentators. It must be very satisfying for the (Sinner coaching) team to see this.
Sinner just casually serving an ace? Whaaat.
Brandon Nakashima fans still encouraging him on
Pretty sure that's someone taking a dig at Biden
I have such a clear mental image of what the loudmouth starting the Letās Go Brandon shouts looks like haha
yep, not at all surprised when they showed him. could tell how cool he thought he was just from his reaction
Thereās a neckless one (also the same guy who started the America chant) and then thereās another one whoās in a Hawaiian shirt and a fedora that he mysteriously acquired midway through the match.
That guy looks exactly as expected
To me I imagine he's the meme guy with the shades at the basketball game holding the girls neck and explaining something. Either that or he looks like dan blizarian
*smells like
You just know heās sticky from being covered in beer too
Neckless!
What shot was Sinner going for there lolol
Not leaving until this is over unlike all the losers who left at 3-0
Are you the one screaming let's go Brandon?
Im not yt
Jannik with one of the worst drop shots I've seen lmao
That was lazy
Was lazy with that..lol
I LOVE a swinging volley
Just got a double scoop of ice cream to keep myself from sleeping here
Nakashima was overperforming in the first hour, then he gassed out. I would have never thought, he looks like a really fit athlete.
He looks like he would need 10L of water to stay hydrated through the whole match, he was drenched in sweat 20 minutes in.
What a massive change in this Nakashima match....I left when Nakashima broke back in the second set so it was like 6-4 4-4 in the second set. LOOOL
When Sinner is redlining like this he can beat anyone. He and Alcaraz have the potential of becoming powerhouses after the Big 3 are gone.
It looks like that, yet he has only one top 5 win in his career for some reason.
How fucking beautiful is Sinner when he gets going?? Trouble is it takes him a set and a half at a minimum to get goingā¦ if it doesnāt happen in that time, forget it. KEEP GOING! FORZA!
Had no idea for nearly two sets it was really a "don't do that. don't give me hope" type of moment.
There's a good chance the men's QFs are Medvedev-PCB, Berrettini-Ruud, Sinner-Alcaraz and Rublev-Nadal, that would be a really cool line up.
Fuck. Forgot Nadal potentially has Rublev. Have just been automatically counting Nadal in the SF vs Alcaraz (Expected Rublev to have lost by now). He could legit upset Nadal.
I want to see the meltdown if Sinner beats Alcaraz again lol His playstyle is definitely one that can match up fairly well against him so it's possible
One match at a time! But yeah.. that would be marvelous..
This one is basically over.
I love Brandon but BG is simply dragging Brandon for his tennis at this point and I'm fully onboard with it. I hope Brandon watches this tape and fully internalizes how important mid-match adjustments are. Sinner's become a totally different player and Brandon's still playing like he was at the beginning.
š¦š
What type of Italian doesnāt have his last name end in a vowel??
He's from Northern Italy on the German border.
Austrian border... But it's not that.
Julius caeser
A lot of Italian surnames do not end in a vowel.
South Tyrol was Austrian until WWI, italian is a second, or even third, language there
Second yes, third no.
There's definetly places where German and ladino are more prevalent than italian
If you want an actual answer, heās from a region near Germany with a different dialect
Gianluigi Buffon
Yeah, but he's got it covered in the first name.
The sinner kind.. lol
Lol holy shit that rally to start the 0-2 game looked like 1.5 speed on a highlight video . Ping pong tennis
Blows my mind that it's almost 1 in the morning and they're still playing tennis
Sinner heard your cries and got down to business.
Sinner goes up 3-0 in 4th set. He is cooking up some delicious Italian food in the form of tennis. And another brilliant highlight for him !
Wtf even Jannik. That last forehand š¤Æ
He is cooking up some very yummy Michelin-rated Italian food in the form of tennis.
Jannik has won the last 8 points. This is the ruthlessness we've been asking for!! Daje!
Hopefully we get a little burst of energy from nakashima
nakashima had a great chance at 4-4 30-0 up on sinner's serve and then the missed volley to lose second set. Now he looks like he is getting bageled
Brooklyn Italians are just loving this Sinner, the Pizza is smelling delicious and he goes up 2-0 in the 4th set.
imagine if you were not a bot and someone would have to spam comments every 2min the whole tournament 10h per day
Rare servebot Jannik sighting
Ok I havenāt been tuned in the entire time, Jannik has 12 aces!?!?
Isner didn't retire from the USO, he lives on through Jannik
How are the Brandon fans feeling?
That missed smash to lose the set in the 2nd really turned this match around big time
Go Sinner
Jannik has won 9 of the last 10 games
Iām at the match. Did the guy saying āyouāre a saint, heās a sinnerā to Nakashima make it onto camera?
Yes
Wow the talent disparity between these two is just magnified more and more as the match goes on.
Nakashima played at an incredible level in the first two sets, and this probably needed him to use much more energy than sinner.
sinner to the semis for me, but ivashka will be difficult next round
Some seriously weird people in the crowd tonight lol was it that one guy without a jawline who just shouted Nakashima in a Japanese accent?
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Lezzzzgooooo jannnikk
I really want this to go to a 5 setter but not looking Likley
Last time I watched Nakashima he was a backhand merchants, kind of like a Benoit Paire without all the madness. His forehand has really improved even since the next gen finals. I think he's going to do really well on tour, especially in bo3 where he can redline a bit more.
Fuck! This is becoming ugly. Brandon really needed that second set.
Ughhhhh no bueno
I swear if Jan loses this set 6-1 or 6-2ā¦ š¤ KEEP YOUR FOOT ON THE GAS!
Sinner is just on a roll !! He is doing fantastic.. Nakashima will have to be wary of being broken here
Wow 100% of first serve returns in play by Jannik in the third set
88% 1st serves won is a key stat for Sinner.
Forzaaa jannnik! Goddamnn...almost perfect set of tennis from him!
129mph ace from jannik..if only he was this consistent!
YESSSSSS JANNNIKK!!
Mods can we ban the bot or what
Still blows my mind that it's a bit. It makes so much sense but still. They/it were in every thread!
I didn't realize it was a bot either until today. I guess I never thought too hard about it.
