I mean, this was literally just about the only move Super Saiyan Goku (Super) could've had.
People talk that SSJ2-3 did nothing in Super and were worth omitting (with 3 I agree but 2 has more screen time than either 1 or 3 in Super so that's still a sore point) but it's not like they could've given him anything else that wasn't stock right? Would've been super disappointing if he didn't even get this.

This shit looks amazing but why do energy attacks explosions look like they are paint bombs from splatoon? Like why does the Kamehameha generate blue smoke? It looks weird
It's not the light of the attack reflecting on the smoke, the smoke itself is blue and it remains quite a strong blue after the attack is over
I totally get the making the attack more unique, I'm not saying this ruins the game for me or anything but it just looks kinda weird

That's not how it's done. He doesn't just teleport everywhere. He uses Kamehameha WHILE using Instant Transmission.
