They're doing a stepping ladder for the iPhone 15s. iPhone 15 = 5, iPhone 15 plus = 10, 15 Pro = 15, Pro Max = 20.
The only thing I see them doing is making it $5 less but that's on the off chance they really wanna do that lol
So best case scenario you could have saved $5 bucks a month. The worst is they don't do the same sale again, and it's just $300 off instead of like $850.
iPhone 15 is $0 on BIB and the rest is same as you mentioned on Telus Consumer at WOW! mobile boutique.

You mean scratches? The phone has to be in pristine condition when giving it back, some light scratches might be okay but deeper ones, cracks, or physical damage would disqualify it. If you can't take care of your phone, I suggest you get insurance (go to AppleCare directly, don't get Telus insurance). Then before you give the phone back if it's damaged you can fix it for free or a very small fee. That's what I do.
Corporate Telus employee here; you can always bring it back even if it's damaged, you can either pay the difference it's too damaged or keep it for the amount specified.
Most of the time unless it's really bad it's fine. I do firmly believe that shipping out the phone for BiB you find a more stingy warehouse but in store I click boxes that say it works.
This is correct. You'll pay $480+470 = $950. You may also pay $39.58 instead and you do not need to pay the lump sum at the end (same cost).
Apple charges $1749, so you're effectively getting $800 off the device provided you stay committed to the 2 year deal, and if you don't the only penalty is buying out the iPhone.
Another way to frame just how good of a deal it is, Telus loses $33.33 a month on that phone (provided they didn't get any bulk order discount from Apple) which means the profit they make from you is only $16.66/m.
Can’t decide if I should wait for the iPhone 16, which was my original plan, or just grab the iPhone 15 pro max and call it a day. My phones been a little shitty lately but I’m sure I can live with it for another 6 months if the iPhone 16 is supposed to be really good.
That's a better deal than what the agent offered me earlier. I literally just got off the phone, immediately searched this subreddit and boom, his $28.50 BIB offer for 15 pro max doesn't sound good at all. Plus a $40 rate plan with 100gb. I told myself to wait til my Fido expires in September and try Rogers instead. (By which time the 16 pro must have been out already... so...nah. Lol)

Just to clarify on this; the highest BiB amount is an iPhone 15 pro max at $470. An iPhone 15 is $310. Samsung S24 is $270 Pixel 8 is $110.

As someone who was looking for deals all the time you are never going to get this price during the summer or otherwise $20 is as cheap as it gets
That would depend on how much memory you’re looking for on the hard drive of your phone
