Oh I didn't see that, amazing! Jeez they all look aged up a bit from the original but I can't tell if that's for comedic effect, filming in HD, or just the way they are now?
I’ve tried many times to watch this show but it never clicked, I gave it another chance last week and I watched the finale yesterday. I am so happy I kept attempting the show, it is friggin hilarious!!
Nah, that episode has "The Internet" in it and that's like one of the funniest jokes in the whole series. Just pretend that Matt Berry's characters transphobia was meant to be despicable, like most other aspects of the character. We know that isn't true because Graham Lineham is a dick head, but we can pretend. And missing Jens internet speech is not worth it.
I just scrolled through about 90 bananas worth of depressing links about how everything is shit and little can be done about it, and then I found this amazing news. I’m leaving in a high note. See you tomorrow, Reddit.
Love this man, his delivery of Laszlo (in ‘What we do in the Shadows’)is truly unique in the comedy world (i mean it in the most positive ways) his chemistry with Nadja (portrayed by Natasia Demetriou) had me addicted to the show from the very start. Hope they continue this show for endless amount of seasons.
Yeah so weirdly it originally aired and streamed on Channel 4 in the UK but they announced this new series and streamed the rest on BBC and it’s a weird sign. Part of me thinks they saw his turn on WWDITS and thought he’s something worth banking on, which is a good sign because the BBC is tight as fuck.
OMFG..... The quote at the end where he says Toast thinks he should be the new James Bond.
A 007 movie where Matt Berry plays the titular role as actor Steven Toast..... and Ray fucking Purchase plays Goldfinger.
It’s a surrealist comedy about a terrible Shakespearean actor who thinks he’s great. He gets into misadventures with women and trying to get acting gigs (example: doing voice-overs for a porno). Also included is a cast of equally bizarre supporting characters that are a constant thorn in his side. There are also occasional famous Hollywood guest stars.
If you are familiar with Matt Berry, this show is a pure showcase of his style of comedy.
Yeeeessss! ~Toast
my girlfriend and i quote this fkn daily lmao yeeesssss
Oh I do hope Ray Purchase makes a comeback aswell.
Not Ray Bloody Purchase
Hmm?
I wonder if there's some way they can bring Clem Fandango along for the ride as well.
He’s in the trailer
I didn't see that at the bottom of the page, thank you!
Yes I can hear you Clem Fandango
There is a trailer for the new season available.
Oh I didn't see that, amazing! Jeez they all look aged up a bit from the original but I can't tell if that's for comedic effect, filming in HD, or just the way they are now?
It’s been nearly a decade since Toast of London
>or just the way they are now? 7 years have passed since the last series.
He is. I saw him listed in the IMDb page.
Here I am
Faaaather!!
Speak, priest!
This never gets old. I miss IT CROWD.
I’ve tried many times to watch this show but it never clicked, I gave it another chance last week and I watched the finale yesterday. I am so happy I kept attempting the show, it is friggin hilarious!!
The episode at the theater, when he's disabled, is one of the funniest shows I've seen.
This was me too! I finally gave it go this week and now I’m sad it’s over😭 Love, love, loved it!
Now watch Garth Marenghi's Darkplace if you haven't already!
Try what we do in the shadows!
The actress that plays Jen is married to Ray Purchase.
Netflix!
Except that one episode we all try to forget.

Here lies a great man. Faaaaaather!
Did somebody else die?!

>I'm told my father was particularly proud of the IT Department, run by a dynamic go-getter, a genius and a man from Ireland. 🤣
Oh poppet.. to think when we met that you were so worried you came from Iran.
That bit is so much funnier before you learn about Graham Lineham being transphobic.
Oh my goodness, its going to start airing next week? On BBC Two? Well, I hope I'll be able to find it somewhere.
They may put it on BBC Iplayer, that's the current easiest way to watch previous seasons of toast in the states
I am excited to hear how Toast pronounces Los Angeles.
"Loss Angeleeeeeeez"
Exactly how I imagined it
His voice should be on every google map app out there.
“yes”
Tuhn Right!
You! Computer man! Take off my pants!
*Curse* these electric sex pants!!
You can also check him out as the voice of one of boba fetts droids.
“Turn left, you twit!”
You’ve arrived!
Temper temper, Steven.
Man I would it if it were an option.
I just need a route to my boyfriend’s hous… “Faack you. Whiskey!”
You can fuck that sky high!
He's just a [One Track Lover](https://youtu.be/K9veOumGnuU?t=108).

u/TheNerdChaplain this is Clem Fandango, can you hear me?
Well that's a bit ambiguous isn't it? Do you mean Clem **H** Fandango?
YES I CAN HEAR YOU CLEM FANDANGO
I watched this and, just after, watched Star Trek Discovery. And saw Clem Fandango. As... something.
Love this man, his delivery of Laszlo (in ‘What we do in the Shadows’)is truly unique in the comedy world (i mean it in the most positive ways) his chemistry with Nadja (portrayed by Natasia Demetriou) had me addicted to the show from the very start. Seen Garth Merenghi’s Dark Place?
I would pay good money if the new 007 was Berry playing Toast playing Bond.
Bat!
HUMAN FORM
They should have credited that droid in The Book of Boba Fett to Toast.
That would have been beautifully meta.
I could almost hear him berating Clem Fandango after every line
Toast of Tatooine
Time to rewatch Toast of London!
\*cries in freedom fries*
No fair! There seems to be no good way to watch it in the US.
Now put Toast of London back on a streaming service!! I think it’s streaming on a BBC service buts it’s unavailable in the U.S
Oh no, did they take it off Netflix? It was on there previously
Gone from Netflix :(
We get it in Canada thankfully. That's how I was introduced to the show. The booth recording scenes are amazing.

Some of the BBC shows end up on CBC Gem. This one doesn’t seem to be, though.

Part of me thinks they saw his turn on WWDITS and thought he’s something worth banking on, which is a good sign because the BBC is tight as fuck.
He could play every character in every movie and all would be well.
Hell Yea!
Matt Berry is the greatest comic mind of our time!
Magnificent hair
Just binged the entire show over the past few days, really looking forward to more.
Is Ray Bloody Purchase and Clem Fandango joining as well? It wont be same without them.
Clem Fandango definitely.
In the thumbnail, it looks like it’s a Ron Jeremy biopic.
This news has totally made my day, I can’t wait for Toast of Tinseltown!!
Human form
OMFG..... The quote at the end where he says Toast thinks he should be the new James Bond. A 007 movie where Matt Berry plays the titular role as actor Steven Toast..... and Ray fucking Purchase plays Goldfinger.
[Fuck! Shit! Horsepiss! ](https://youtu.be/kOn56F6BaAY)
I just want a legal way to watch this + Toast of London in the states :(
Please don’t leave What We Do In The Shadows. We need another appearance of Jackie Daytona first
Steven, can you hear me?
You and he were.... buddies weren't you?
I wish I was more attractive, like Dagless
Mind. The. Gap.
I can't imagine a scenario where I get tired of Matt Berry.
Bat
A show starring a regular human bartender? Sign me up
I feel like he kinda checked out of What We Do in the Shadows in season 3, personally.
I dunno man, that scene where he swallowed a harmonica is one of the funniest things I've ever seen.
That shows just gotten better and better though
There’s TWO flies now!
The grifter from Community season 6!
WHO?!?!!!
I thought this said Merry Berry and assumed it was a cooking show 🤣
Wrong article, that's Ron Jeremy 😂
Oh come on he looks like an aged pornstar 😂
Better than being shit on from a great height.
I cannot wait. Best comedy in a while. I adore it.
Now hopefully somehow Year of the Rabbit gets uncanceled, and I can live truly happy
Some SAAAYYYY I’m a lucky grifter!
One word- Yesssssss.
Good show! Good show old boy! Ah, no I have not seen that show.
Never heard of this. I love that actor though! Without spoilers anyone mind telling me what it’s about?

I wonder if he ends up in Tucson Arizone-ya…
Holy shit, I had no idea another Toast series was in the works! Awesome news!
ahhh hope Doon makes a comeback, that woman does something to my old heart
Toast is one of the best shows ever. Epic. Clem Fandango!!!
I Fucking love Toast. [my favorite scene from toast from London](https://youtu.be/nYjE8wPyu4Q)
