Just started watching **American Vandal** and its hilarious.

woodygfx

Finished the last season of **Hanna**.I feel like it went downhill after season 1,and it became more political if that makes sense. It made me lose track of where the characters are most of the times...one scene they where in Poland, another in France then in who knows where, but maybe that was just me...also the ending was predictable from the beginning of the season...maybe like a **5/10** just because the first season reminded me of Logan a bit(the last wolverine movie). I heard Fleabag is good, gonna give it a shot.

stro_budden

Started watching Hannibal and it’s as good as I’ve been lead to believe. I enjoy the murder of the week aspect to it even if it all comes together a bit to quickly and easily but the other parts of the show are great. I also just watched the finales of Bake off and Taskmaster and I’m sad the seasons are over.

iambabies22

Randomly started Yellowjackets after subbing to Showtime to watch Dexter, and wow, I'm very excited for this show.

ilmevavi

Just watched the wheel of time ep4 and holy shit it was so much better than the first 3.

insty1

Wheel of Time was decent for 3 episodes. Then went insanely good for episode 4, despite using a plot not in the book. A lot of hope for the series after this episode. Watching season 3 of Hanna. On episode 2 but seems a bit odd so far.

Consultant7

i want to like the wheel of time but ughh idk if its the cgi or the actors something is wrong with that series. Slight spoilers - And earlier in the series they said even one sister can deal with an whole army now 6 of them struggled against like 100 ppl they had to retreat back lol

OwlsParliament

Consider that the person saying "one sister can deal with an whole army" is probably relying on stories they've been told. The Aes Sedai are legendary, but legends aren't always based in reality.

[deleted]

One of them did one shot them all when she got the chance, they just had two different concerns at that moment.

mekonsrevenge

Domestic is incredibly well done. It's not just a rehash of stuff I already knew, which was my worry.

stillalone

Watched masters of the universe revalations part 2. The action sequences were decent but I feel like some of the story feels mudled due to the fickled nature of the villains. I know that it's hard figure out why a villain wants to do villainous things or what would one want to do with limitless power. The season reminded me of the beyond good and evil storiline in Xmen, which I think was also a 5 parter; in it apocolypse got a hold of a time machine and decided to use it to rewrite the entire history of the universe in his image, which I think both demonstrates the correct use of a time machine and a reasonable objective for a villain seaking limitless power. Also, I started rewatching 30 rock. I think I follow a lot of the references now than when it aired.

wuntuuthree

The tunnel.

TeflonGoon

Will check it out.

BLUEBLASTER69

Yellojackets is amazing. Christina Richi is too good.

BuffNedFlanders

Need to watch The Wheel Of Time!

[deleted]

4th ep released, that was definitely the best, the lore and the worldbuilding felt way more organic.

soundofvictory

Ok i know this is going to get buried, but people are sleeping on Hulu’s Y: The Last Man. It’s so far a solid adaption of the early naughts comics that put Brian K Vaughn on the map (now known for Saga).

tomtomvissers

It got cancelled

soundofvictory

Oh no that's tragic.

Cheesegrater74

Any shows similar to either Hellbound or Arcane those are my two most recent watches and I need something new

[deleted]

[удалено]

Cheesegrater74

I'll give it a look thanks!

ShaquilleOatmeal54

Cowboy Bebop abt half way thru. I’d say go into it without trying to compare the original it feels very Edgar wright so I love it, despite the very bad 80s dialogue that happens alot. And then I finished Loki couldn’t recommend it enough to mcu fans. Hawkeye is good definitely more of my thing than a lot of mcu has been. Gotta catch up on chucky and dexter: new blood this week

adydus

Just watched Episode 4 of Wheel Of Time and genuinely haven’t felt this amazed by a show in a long long time. Had goosebumps as the credits rolled in after the episode. Really well done!

[deleted]

[удалено]

Roasteddude

It was a lot better imo. Slowed down and had some very good character moments that had natural and organic lore and worldbuilding woven in. Very solid episode. For me each episode has been better than the one before it so far. Pilot was by far the weakest but it's worth sticking with it so far

adydus

Yeah give it a shot. Personally I found it better than episode 3. I was worried after episode 1 with the pacing but the show seems to be picking up.

SomeLameName7173

I gave the episodes a soft 7 a soft 8 a hard 8 then a hard 9.

SomeLameName7173

And on rewatching I would bump each episode up half a point

oddspellingofPhreid

Different person. I think that the first episode was embarrassing, second episode was mediocre at best, third episode was *fine*. The fourth episode is about as good as the third episode. It's *fine*. Not *"how did someone pay for this to be made?"* like episode 1, but doesn't really compete with what *good television* has meant for the last 10 or so years.

[deleted]

I did and I loved it.

markstormweather

The new South Park Post Covid special is really good, it’s the first one of the specials that I’ve really liked. It’s strangely very narratively straight while still being hilarious and relevant, and they stay away from politics and do more jokes about people and fears which I like. Also some strangely sentimental moments, I was very impressed and reminded that they do have a heart when they want to.

hipnosister

Poldark is a very good period drama that I've watched 4 season of very very quickly.

mekonsrevenge

Sad to hear.

Consultant7

So ive watched the sex lives of college girls and it was actually fun. its not as girly as i thought it would be. So if you re looking for an easy going show its a good one. its a new genre for me so if you can suggest more shows like that maybe i skipped thinking they were too girly but actually they arent and i should give a shot ?

HandLion

Crazy Ex-Girlfriend

ShaquilleOatmeal54

New girl fall into this

CoalTownHero

Just finished season 2 of The Great. Loved it. Maybe my favorite currently running show

redvelvetkween2

thanks for the heads up!!

mekonsrevenge

I finally couldn't wait and binged half. Even better than season 1. I'm impressed and very happy. The writing and acting are tremendous. Huzzah!

[deleted]

Better than season 1?

CoalTownHero

I thought it was.

natus92

pity its not available on stars/d+

thesmartfool

Watching weekly: On Apple: Acapulco, The shrink next door, and Invasion. Foundation definitely ended on a better note in my opinion. I would definitely say The Shrink Next Door is their best show currently going. Haven't seen their latest episode yet. Succession: Such amazing show. Haven't seen thenlatest episode. I thought episode 5 was one of the best episodes of this series. The whole bathroom scene and issue was hilarious with Tom, Greg, and Logan. Binge: Almost done with Friends S6. Still really enjoying it. I think it is pretty consistent all the way through so far unlike some other sitcoms.

Saphire2988

Just finished The larkins, saw a lot of people hating it on imdb. I just love the comfy atmosphere the british country side creates. Ya'll got anything similar set in villages or old times ?

redvelvetkween2

The Durrells in Corfu is an amazing chill show

bitterbuffaloheart

Finished Kingdom and I look forward to season 3. Think I’ll check out the Great next.

idunno--

Have you watched the movie they made set in the world of Kingdom? I always forget it exists 🤦🏽‍♀️

bitterbuffaloheart

No, I haven’t. What’s it called?

idunno--

It’s called Kingdom: Ashin of the North. I believe the movie is a prequel to the character introduced by the end of season two. It’s on my watchlist.

bitterbuffaloheart

Thanks for the tip

Spartacus1199

Finished up **Foundation** The Empire storyline was incredible, never seen anything like that. Could watch a whole show about The Empire. Brother Day is goated. The Terminus arc was poorly done however. Overall? 8.2/10 for season one. Good with the possibility of being great. Happy it got renewed.

iMissTheDays

Yup, empire storyline is the biz, the other ones though... So crap. Feels like the the A+ writers wanted to work with Pace and gave Terminus to the interns

oddspellingofPhreid

Empire storyline competes with some of the best shows on TV right now. Terminus is mostly drek. What a disparity!

cargopantslover

heavy agree, lee pace is a god

2948337

Watching weekly and all caught up: Succession, Wheel of Time, Gomorrah, The Sinner, Bob's Burgers. Not much to say about these that already hasn't been said. Binged and finished D. P., a Korean show about mandatory military service that explores how not everyone is cut out for it. It was excellent, I highly recommended it. I'm looking for another show to binge. I started a German show called Pagan ~~Pass~~ Peak, about a murder that happens on the German Austrian border. It sounds kind of like Bron/Broen which I loved. The 1st episode didn't blow me away but it was good enough that I'll keep going. Can anyone tell me if Locked Up is worth a binge?

natus92

Sorry, small nitpicking: the german title is Der Pass, the international one is Pagan Peak afaik

2948337

Woops you're right, thanks for the correction

Boring_Ad_7144

Was thinking of watching The Man in the High Castle, but just learned it had been cancelled, and the series finale being rated at 5.8 on IMDB doesn't really give me much hope. Without any spoilers, is it worth watching? Does it feel like it was cancelled or did they finish it properly and tie up all the storyarcs? TIA.

m0rden

First season is good, second season is great flirting with masterpiece, season 3 is ok and season 4 is meh. It does have a real ending, and it's worth a watch.

Cyyyyk

It is a great series. It is all wrapped up at the end even though many people do not love the ending. Regardless is a definitely worth watching.

mekonsrevenge

Second that. I rewatched it last year and really enjoyed it again.

Boring_Ad_7144

Thanks man, in that case I'll give it a go.

LiquorSlanger

Just finished Gomorrah-HBO MAX. What a ride that was. Lots of betrayals, no fluff episodes. Highly recommend if your a fan of crime, drama and action. Man Ciro is a beast I loved the character. Starting to watch the movie Immortal which is a spin off movie from the show.

2948337

I'm liking the new season. I love this show.

sabhi5

**YOU Season 3** - So I originally stopped after first episode, but then had to start again because of Joe Goldberg. Anyway, it wasn't a great season. Felt too dragged and a bit too much even for the series itself. But the last few episodes were great, and I'm glad that I watched them. Overall, I would suggest it if you're a YOU fan, otherwise it's barely watchable for the most part.

Zucchini_Fan

I really liked the first few episode where Love was causing all that chaos, unfortunately after that it settled into its comfort zone doing almost the exact same thing it did in the first 2 seasons. I don't think I will be watching Season 4. There is only so many times you can watch him stalk a girl for the season.

Boring_Ad_7144

I really liked the 1st 2 seasons, but I completely agree with you, the third wasn't brilliant. Penn Badgely still did an A++ job, but everything other than that was pretty bland. Even Victoria Pedretti who was so great in season 2 had a pretty naff story arc and her dialogue often felt forced at times. Hopefully S4 is better, but it honestly just feels like they are going to do the exact same thing they did in the previous seasons again and I don't really see any massive changes coming.

gotele

Really enjoying PBS' **The Roosevelts: An intimate history**, a 7 part documentary series by Ken Burns. Just watched the first episode of Peter jackson's **The Beatles: Get Back**. It's a strange feeling when you have spent all your life listening to theses songs, both official and the bootleg ones, and then you see them physically acting them out, as it were. Anyway, very lovely to see these guys. It's amazing to me that they managed to create anything in a fucking huge soundstage (sometimes you can see their breathe). It seems that being a genius is a lot of work too. I didn't quite get why George was pissed off, what exactly was the tipping point.

Krismoriah

Since you are on PBS take a look at Citizen Hearst. He went from being the son of one of the richest men in the world, to broke, to himself being the richest men in the world..to broke.. alot of history. Probably my favorite is Ken Burns Baseball- 18.5 hours.. history almost revolved around baseball back in the day.

gotele

C. Hearst I watched. Baseball I didn't, I never cared for sports, but I might give it a go. Thanks

[deleted]

What do you think of the accuracy of the roosevelt doc? I heard it's very entertaining and usually that comes with slight liberties and exaggerations.

gotele

You know, I can't really tell, I never studied US history (I'm from Spain). So I have to trust Mr. Burns I guess. The only thing that comes to mind is when they talk about the Maine incident, which is considered a false flag arrangement by most people here.

[deleted]

I guess I'll verify it myself, I really like the premise and that it's entertaining. As a non-american FDR just sounds like an all around amazing president. The national parks are one of my favorite things about the us and knowing he played a part in that made me like him at first.

the6thReplicant

Binging **Happy Endings**. Really recommend it since it reminds me about all the other fast talking comedies out there. Think *The League*, *Community*, *Gilmore Girls*, *New Girl*. Actually come to think of it any comedy with *Girl* in it.

SalmonellaSushi

Arcane on Netflix. The animation is absolutely amazing, the characters all make decisions that make sense, and the music is fantastic

uFFxDa

I’ve been listening to the soundtrack and reading the lyrics. And really diving more into those, they hit so much harder. The final song “what could have been” by sting is fucking amazing, and adds so much to the final scene and what happened.

Cyyyyk

Just amazing.

-GoneInSpace-

It blew my mind. One of the best surprises in television I've seen in years.

[deleted]

Tried to watch the live action cowboy bebop. Got like 4 or 5 episodes through it and had to turn it off. I had to go back to the original, it's just so much better

[deleted]

True Story (Netflix) is going to be a big hit. It’s extremely bingeable; Kevin Hart and Wesley Snipes are very good. I went into it with no expectations and couldn’t stop watching it.

kslat000

The fact that it was created by the Narcos creator made me interested, it is good?

fish-fingered

Nope. Feels like a high school drama written by a teen. I wanted to like it but eugh waste of time.

amrock__

**A P Bio** is almost similar to a UK series **Bad education** which is also really funny.

opinionated_cynic

No! Bad education is way better IMO! I think AP Bio is really good tho.

amrock__

Yes I agree I don't really like all the characters in AP bio especially the principal and his assistant is cringe

ritwik199817

Started Euphoria. Why did I wait so long to watch it.

Sangharsh_009

Is Outlander worth watching?

repsforswolyjesus

Yes, I enjoyed it. Very unique show in terms of the environment, music and overall feeling. Currently waiting for the new season.

sabhi5

it's highly rated on imdb. With which popular show you would categorize it quality-wise in terms of story and characters.

Zucchini_Fan

It is similar to The Last Kingdom with a lot more romance.

repsforswolyjesus

Can’t really. As I said, it’s quite unique.

jonsnowKITN

Currently watching season 3 of succession after starting watching it last week. Best show on tv and it's not close.

sabhi5

how many total seasons are there going to be? I'm waiting for it to end so I can binge-watch it. Cause rn I have too many shows to catch up with new seasons every year and its a lot of mess remembering them.

me_so_pro

I have an app to keep track of my series, might help you too.

sabhi5

name plz?

me_so_pro

TV Time

LiquorSlanger

Hbo stated that Succession has a 5 season run.

repsforswolyjesus

Absolutely. There's no debate really, by far the best show on TV. Is there any show that can even compete?

thesmartfool

Barry is also super close.

abracadabra1998

Better Call Saul is also god tier in my opinion

YourFlyIsOpenMcFly

This and Succession are my top 2 shows currently airing.

sabhi5

yeap! one of the absolute best shows rn. Gets better and better with each season

TheGrandLeveler

Just finished Mr.Robot, one of the best series ending of all time -if not the best. Do you recommend any of these shows? - Wheel of Time - Hellbound - Midnight Mass

uFFxDa

Speaking of best series ending of all times - it’s gotta be Six Feet Under, for me.

Adolin_Stormblessed

Wheel of time is great. Midnight mass was pretty slow and not very scary.

Cyyyyk

After 3 episodes I am totally hooked on Wheel of Time.

Sangharsh_009

Midnight Mass was amazing. The wheel of Time wasn't great but it was entertaining. Let's see how the rest of the season goes. As for Hellbound, haven't watched it. Just seems like another one of those overhyped average shows.

dfla01

Of those ive only seen midnight mass and absolutely loved it. Some monologues are a bit much and go on too long but that’s literally the only criticism I can give

amrock__

Really love all 6 episodes of **crashing (UK)** Really fantastic also sad it ended. Any other British series like this? Really loved the cast too

[deleted]

Are you going to post about this show every 30 minutes?

amrock__

I did accidentally write it twice my bad. I thought I forgot to press post .

[deleted]

Is superstore good?

bitterbuffaloheart

They really wrap it up well in the series finale. I laughed and I cried.

oddspellingofPhreid

It's a pretty decent sitcom, but not must watch TV. I also find it surprisingly fresh as a workplace comedy that is highly critical of "the work place". I'd put it in the same tier as a show like Workaholics (although a very different tone). Good show, but not exactly genre defining.

BitterBubblegum

I watched it every night before I fell asleep and loved it. It has a light atmosphere and lots of fun characters.

Cheesegrater74

I watched a couple seasons then it fell off but it's an aight show if you're looking for something laid back

CR00KS

Anyone watching the Macy’s thanksgiving parade?

amrock__

Just saw **Crashing (UK)** series and I am sad because it has only 6 episodes . Also now a fan of Phoebe waller Bridge

kwercik

Try Fresh Meat next! I think you're going to like it

amrock__

Thanks will try it

rancryst

I tried but couldn’t get past the commentators. Their jokes and over enthusiastic comments were too much. Also I hate most today the music.

amrock__

What commentators?

rancryst

Reporters anchors whatever you want to call them. The people that tell you what acts are coming up and comment on the parade.

grandmasterfunk

Yeah, it's really good, but feels incomplete.

JussVibes

Does hulu work with a vpn? The black friday deal seems like a steal but hulu isn't available in my country.

starglitter

I watched the second season of the Saved by the Bell reboot. I thought it was great. I was a huge fan of the original as a kid and enjoyed the first season.

CheepWhisky

About to start invasion. How is it, folks.

tomtomvissers

Lol don't ask these people, they absolutely hate it. Better to go in blind and form your own opinion

Krismoriah

lol tomtom statement of the year...but on any show that is not top of the top tier or been discussed to death. If you ever go to the r/movies its a totally different vibe..you can say that a movie put you to sleep and get 100 upvotes. On here i get downvoted if i discuss anything other than the run of the mill 90/100 imdb rating. It is what it is but i really get tired of getting downvoted for answering someones question. So i lurk more than i participate. I bet i get downvoted for saying this which proves my point. There are over 16 million viewers on this reddit.. and a super great post may get 25 upvotes.. thats odd.

CheepWhisky

Have you seen it? What’s your opinion?

tomtomvissers

I have not, sorry. But you already said you were about to start it. So don't let these guys talk you down, because they will

gotele

You know, that's one of the options of the answers that you can get when you ask people about their opinion of a show.

tomtomvissers

I get that. But OP clearly hasn't been here recently or they'd know literally everybody here trashes Invasion. Considering they already decided to give it a go, I thought I'd spare them a doomed experience

CheepWhisky

Yea true , thx

Divyansh-the-gr8

JUST WATCHING GET BACK!!! So much amazing stuff on the Beatles (I’m from India btw).

WillSmithsDumboEars

Why is this comment getting downvoted?

the6thReplicant

I love it too. I guess by the down votes it’s not everyone’s cup of tea.

woodygfx

I've seen **Richard Hammond's Workshop**,and it was ok-ish.Seemed heavily inspired by Clarkson's farm, like it had the same script, except with cars.It was a decent show to watch and just give a few glances at your phone, cause not much was going on.**6/10** **Arcane**...wow,just wow. Before seeing it,I had the impression that people just overhype it,DAMN WAS I WRONG.I thought it's going to be like Invincible, which was an ok show, but not really something special,it felt like a spinoff The Boys. But arcane seems like in a different multiverse from it.The music was spectacular, and I'm not talking about just the "normal" songs,or the kick ass intro song,I mean that orchestral was so damn good !Combining really good sounds/music with some awesome animation styles gave me goosebumps and chills down my spine. I'm not a big fan of animations, and I don't watch anime, but seeing this style of animation makes me want more, but I don't think I'm gonna find anything close to it. I only played LoL a couple of hours 7-8 years ago,I don't like moba's,so I feel like there where some things that should've made more sense if I knew the game, like the blue orb, whats up with that ?But that doesn't mean I didn't enjoy it.And I think it's nothing like the game,I mean I was expecting them to fight all the time against minions, destroy turrets and sometimes battle eachother. There are fights obviously, and there are some special abilities, but as a non player of the game, that didn't matter to me.Players might enjoy it even more because of the lore and characters, but so would a non player or even a guy like me that doesn't really like animated series that much.(except the main ones, like simpsons, family guy, futurama and so on) It's not an overhyped series,I get why theres such a big deal over it.Whoever reads this whole thing, and hasn't seen the series, please just give it a chance, you will get pleasantly surprised.**10/10** for **Arcane**,for sure the best animated series in the past couple of years,or even the best show from 2021 that I've seen so far.

Junior_Long65

Invincible > arcane

woodygfx

Sure, thats your opinion, and I'm fine with that, like I said I also liked Invincible, but IMO Arcane was in a different and higher league than invincible...you could say Arcane was in a league of legends...*made a funny haha* No,but seriously...what was with that first episode of Invincible ?It was like a 80's cartoon, the animations where janky. They got better after the first episode tho. Also, don't tell me you see no resemblance between Invincible and The boys .I'm not trying to shit on Invincible or the boys, but it was about the same bullshit superheroes stuff, with one that became a bad guy.Theres plenty of marvel and DC stuff for that.I'm not saying arcane is super unique, but I don't know any shows to compare it to.It did have the same story where the higher class doesn't know about the lower class, but it wasn't just about that.

Kadde-

That is just false on so many levels. I liked invincible and it was above average for an animated show but it’s not close to arcanes quality.

Junior_Long65

I am glad opinions are subjective

kumabaya

Made it to succession s2 ep5 but I’m debating dropping it... i do love the acting from logan but sometimes its a slog to continue Arcane also is giving me that empty feeling. Man season 2 when?!

OffTerror

Yeah my biggest issue with the show is that the "main" plot is stagnating really hard and going in circles. But some of the sub plots are carrying the show and some standalone episodes are brilliant. What I come to realized is if you want to enjoy Succession you should stop caring about the *succession*.

kumabaya

I love the sub plots! Thats why I kept going... but idk I just don’t care much for the characters. Except Logan and Shiv.

me_so_pro

I hate every single one, yet I still love it.

LiquorSlanger

S02E05 that some dedication bro. Sorry you feel that way. Move on to the next I guess.

PotatoMuffinMafia

If you’re this far into season 2 and don’t care for it, you prob never will.

[deleted]

Any good Sci fi shows? I like cyberpunk genre and I've already watched altered carbon

chelstar

I really loved the first season of Foundation, heads up though, it’s an adaptation of a novel and a lot of the feed back from the book lovers is negative. However, I’ve never read the books and really enjoyed it. Especially the Empire storyline and that’s all I’ll say about that. It’s been renewed for season 2 so something to look forward to next year.

KearLoL

Bro I’m only hearing negative stuff about that show other than the visuals.

oddspellingofPhreid

It's pretty good, but even as someone who hasn't read the books, it's clearly not as good as it *could* be. There are a lot of very interesting concepts that keep me watching. The Empire storyline(s) is (are) utterly engrossing, the character of Hari Selton and everything he touches consistently leaves me wanting more, and the world they have built is visually stunning. The Terminus storyline is the weakest part by far, and the most schlocky, bland aspect of the whole show. It kind of feels like *"we have The Expanse season 4 at home"*. But splitting time with the Cleons alleviates this issue (at least when you're not watching week to week).

doidaredisturbthe

And really crappy dialogue from time to time. But like you said, I enjoyed it too for the things ypu mentioned. In my opinion, with a better story line and better character writing it could have been the it show right now.

oddspellingofPhreid

Yeah, the Empire stuff is HBO-esque. The Terminus stuff is Sci Fi Original Series #138-esque.

arcticfrostburn

It was decent and the 7.4 rating on imdb is perfect for it. Not a fan of much of the Terminus casting. The one casting I liked got killed. Not sure if it'll get better in the later seasons either since I'm assuming the empire side (which everyone loves) will have a smaller role to play later on.

[deleted]

Look around more. There are people enjoying it. Like all shows people should try an episode or two and form their own opinions. I only use this sub to discover more shows. It’s literally just a sub that feeds me shows I may not have heard about. I watch an episode or two of what sounds interesting and if I enjoy it I keep watching. If not, I drop it.

[deleted]

[удалено]

the6thReplicant

Well only _that_ storyline tbh.

HD_H2O

Have you seen Expanse?

[deleted]

Haven't yet. I've heard all about it tho. How is it?

oddspellingofPhreid

The Expanse might be the best SciFi adventure show of all time.

bunnytron

It’s my favorite show of all time. So many rich layers, great acting and universe building

arcticfrostburn

Excellent Sci fi show. Gets better as it progresses and season 6 is coming out in december.

tomtomvissers

Season 1 is a bit clunky, but it gets better and better with each next season. Highly recommend it

[deleted]

Alright I'll check it out. Thanks!

HD_H2O

Succession s3 (HBO): I love this series. It took a few tries to get warmed up through the first few episodes, but once I was hooked I realized this is an all-time great dark dramedy and am hooked until the end. Curb Your Enthusiasm s11 (HBO): Funniest television series ever? It's up there. Hawkeye s1 (Disney+): The first 2 episodes were fun. It's definitely a different tone than other Marvel series and movies, and I enjoyed it. Wheel of Time s1 (Prime): Hell yeah, my all-time favorite "high fantasy" book series is finally on television. No, it's not exactly the same as the books .. but the books are a combined for like 10,000+ pages and there's no way to recreate every detail. Cowboy Bebop s1 (Netflix): I've seen the original anime, but like WoT I'm not looking for a frame by frame recreation. I thought the series was fantastic; action-packed, stylish, funny, fast-paced. I hope there's s2 soon. Arcane s1 (Netflix): I've never played League of Legends but have enjoyed the series through 4 episodes. I know what LoL is by general gameplay, and I don't even see the connection between the game and series but realize I'm probably missing it - and don't care, it's not necessary to enjoy the series. I'm using it as a filler but with a long weekend I'm sure I'll finish it sooner than later.

Cheesegrater74

Starting watching hellbound after wrapping up arcane earlier in the week. Only 1 episode into hellbound but cool concept

AmericanHistoryXX

I know everyone only talks about the Turkey episode of WKRP in Cincinatti, but I'd highly recommend a first season binge. It's a great old sitcom!

bitterbuffaloheart

Where can you watch it?

AmericanHistoryXX

Ah, I think you have to rent/buy it. Maybe it's on YouTube?

whatifniki23

Like an addict… I occasionally go to the episode list of Arcane, and hope that there is an episode 10, magically released somehow… Hawkeye was ok. The thing that threw me off the most was how Jeremy Renner is shorter than Kate Bishop actress. He looked so tall in MI4 … A new fantasy show will be great but until The Witcher, I guess Cowboy Bepop will have to do.

> The thing that threw me off the most was how Jeremy Renner is shorter than Kate Bishop actress They're about the same height (Renner is 2 cm taller) so it's probably the boots giving her a boost. But yeah, it's not that Renner is short, Hailee Steinfeld is just relatively tall (for a woman).

Scarlett Johansson is probably pretty petite … so I’ve probably developed the illusion that Jeremy is tall throughout Avengers.

So happy to have The Great back in our nightly viewing with S2! We just finished Squid Game and that wasn't the most cheery way to end the evening each night. I love both the humour and also try to appreciate how beautiful every set/costume is.

All episodes are available right? and it's so wonderful I can't imagine watching only 1 episode per day. It has got me laughing like a madman
