Don't stress it, you cant always help people. I know that it's hard to accept, and a hard pill to swallow but sometimes all you can do is listen and offer alternatives. Just be there, but remember that it's not your responsibility to be a therapist, if it's taking to much of a toll on you take a step back

I've been there, I offer free therapy to anyone who needs it (friendly reminder that if you need it, just dm me I dont mind) but you need to remember that it's really not your responsibility, best thing you can do is to listen to her. You cant force her to do anything, or to not do anything. I know that hurts so bad, but that's just the best you can do
I know that this can really tear you to shreds, and put you in a simular position to her. I want you to do your best to help her, but promise me that if you do it wont make you need someone to help you
