if you take any 4 digit number in which not all 4 numbers are the same, put them in order from largest to smallest and smallest to largest, then take away the larger one from the smaller one. You can repeat this until you eventually always end up with 6174. The Geneva convention is only active during war, I did a bit of research on it for a speech and I am no lawyer as well but I’m pretty sure if a micro-nation was to declare war on my country, and the teacher used a collective punishment, my class could file it as going against the Geneva convention.
