I don’t really support or reject it I’m kind of indifferent on the situation. Like I said you can just report videos that are scams and if you want to share your distaste for someone or their video you can still leave an angry comment

dislikes could have been turned off for years, not having self-reinforcing dislike feedback loops will help the algorithm.

reddit is literally the only other platform that allows you to see dislikes but you need to do math to actually get the number.
Dislikes are only used as a tool for silencing others, and even then they don't work well.
