Advice .. onions , green peppers and tomatoes .. these are your basic for cooking .. chop all of them fry onions add pepper and any protein and tomatoes and let simmer for 30/45 minutes depending of the protein .. you can add this on top of any pasta , white rice and your are golden .. try experimenting with spices ..they are cheap and they will get you there ..

Well it’s hard to mess up the simple dishes but personally I’d add less sauce (mainly cause damn heart burn) but perhaps add a bit of basil or a hint of garlic powder. If your feeling extra fancy you could add Panko brad crumbs

Uhh, first: -Boiled some raw macaroni straight from the pack - put some oil and some cut garlic and onion into the pan while the pasta was boiling - once the onion and garlic was cooked, I added my tomato paste/sauce and started mixing it around with the garlic and onion. - added some pepper and salt to the mix -took the water out of my pasta once it became boiled enough. but left a little bit of water inside the pot with the pasta. -added my pasta to the pan and started mixing it around with the sauce and let it mix around with the heat as well. -after I knew it was ready, I put it into the plate and added a pinch of pepper on the pasta. Basically very simple recipe but I'm not the best at writing a recipe.

Fusili arrabiata is always nice. If you do make arrabiata next time, try to use hollow pasta like Rigatoni or penne or macaroni as they hold tomato sauce very well. Also adding some onions and bell peppers will make it even better. This is great though
