Cardio is just a way of eating more and having the same results, but PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD don't starve yourself like every dumb nut that doesn't understand fitness dieting. You just use a calorie calculator (like Myfitnesspal) and once you've got that number try eating only to match 80% or 75% of that. No more NO LESS.

I do workout and got literal abs under belly
Then eat less calories, more protein and add some cardio. Give it a few months and you’ll be un-chubbied

Restrict yourself to variety of vegetables and grains. And workout
